We cannot thank the Dementia Unit managers and staff enough for their care, consideration and compassion to mum and also to all of our family.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vicarage Court. The support given to our family at a difficult time was very much appreciated. Thank you for your kindness.

My cousin enjoyed his stay at Vicarage Court Care Home. He wasn't the easiest man to please being in the hospitality trade all his life, but he didn't have any grievance with his time at Vicarage Court Care Home.

We had a fantastic experience of this care home. My dad stayed here over 6 months until he sadly passed away 12/01/17. I could not have asked for better care for him from day one. It is like a proper home from home.

My mother passed away on the 3rd of April. She died in the care home and the care we got from the staff while we were sitting with her was unbelievable. They looked after us and her all the time. Mum had been in the home 3 years and had really enjoyed it there. There were always plenty of activities, which she really enjoyed, and she made loads of friends with residents and staff. The staff excel in all their duties and it has been a pleasure meeting them.

Vicarage Court gave excellent care to my sister from December 2015 to her going to hospital recently. Staff were superb, friendly and encouraging in all aspects of her care for my sister. Meals were tasty and satisfying. Carers encouraged my sister to eat and ensured she had enough to drink at all times. Management were efficient and extremely helpful in managing fees.

Very happy with the care of my parents. I had many reservations about putting my parents into care, however they settled in very well thanks to the hard work of the staff at Vicarage Court. The staff are excellent. You can always speak to the unit managers 7 days a week.
The facilities are excellent and the gardens are large. The owners are very helpful.

A lot of activities keep my parents busy from Tai Chi, gardening club, sing yourself happy classes, memory books, dance club, and regular parties.

My cousin entered Vicarage Court in poor condition. After a short time, she really improved mentally and physically after receiving excellent care.
The staff have always been most welcoming to us and my cousin received lots of care and attention. She made friends and blossomed due to the care and the kindness that she received.
The food the clients receive is lovely fresh home cooking and presented really well. Facilities are also excellent.

The care home has a lovely warmth and cannot praise the staff enough.

Overall Experience
The care is excellent. The facilities are clean and the apartments are huge. The owners are very approachable and helpful. The staff are very kind and always helpful. The care that my grandfather received was the best that I could have hoped for. I was anxious putting him in a care home, but afterwards, I realised I should have done this much earlier.

My family was given a lot of quality time with my grandfather, without the worry and stress and sleepless nights. We as a family will be eternally grateful to Vicarage Court and it's staff for this.

Staff are efficient and friendly, always happy to lend a hand when needed. I must personally mention the Creative & Activities team she manages and organises the activities for the residents within the home which she does with great enthusiasm, thoughtfulness and pride. Sometimes I think she must of have a double, with the amount she gets through!! She keeps the residents happy and engaged. Fantastic experience within this establishment.

Although I have no current reason to use the services at Vicarage Court Care Home, I would not hesitate to recommend it or in fact use it myself should the need arise.
It is really like a home from home as much as the staff possibly can make it for the residents. There are obvious signs of care and dignity.

The staff are angels without wings.

Mum has bee a resident at the Vicarage Court care home in Featherstone for over 3 years. She is well looked after and is a happy person taking part in the vast array of activities. In February 2015 Mum was very poorly and admitted to hospital. When she was discharged she went into nursing care. The staff's care was so good she is now back on residential - amazing. The staff and owners are very approachable and their love and care shows in everything they do.

My Mum who is now 97 years of age has been at Vicarage Court for four years. She is extremely well cared for, giving me and my husband real peace of mind. She had been in hospital before she was admitted to the Home and really not well. Now four years older she is absolutely fine which is testament to her good care. The staff are genuinely caring and kind both to my Mum and to us as visitors. There are lots of activities and entertainment to keep Residents occupied.
