My cousin enjoyed his stay at Vicarage Court Care Home. He wasn't the easiest man to please being in the hospitality trade all his life, but he didn't have any grievance with his time at Vicarage Court Care Home.

We had a fantastic experience of this care home. My dad stayed here over 6 months until he sadly passed away 12/01/17. I could not have asked for better care for him from day one. It is like a proper home from home.

My mother passed away on the 3rd of April. She died in the care home and the care we got from the staff while we were sitting with her was unbelievable. They looked after us and her all the time. Mum had been in the home 3 years and had really enjoyed it there. There were always plenty of activities, which she really enjoyed, and she made loads of friends with residents and staff. The staff excel in all their duties and it has been a pleasure meeting them.

Having had previous experience with homes, I can compare, and I cannot praise my experience of here enough. They are top class in everything that is required in all departments and I would like to thank them for the love they put into their work.

Mam was well looked after with lots of care and attention and I would highly recommend Vicarage Court to anyone.

The activities coordinator is brilliant, she includes all the residents in the activities.

Vicarage Court gave excellent care to my sister from December 2015 to her going to hospital recently. Staff were superb, friendly and encouraging in all aspects of her care for my sister. Meals were tasty and satisfying. Carers encouraged my sister to eat and ensured she had enough to drink at all times. Management were efficient and extremely helpful in managing fees.

Very happy with Vicarage Court me and my family could come and visit my dad of any time and always clean, tidy, very helpful and accommodating.

A lot of activities keep my parents busy from Tai Chi, gardening club, sing yourself happy classes, memory books, dance club, and regular parties.

The care home has a lovely warmth and cannot praise the staff enough.

My family was given a lot of quality time with my grandfather, without the worry and stress and sleepless nights. We as a family will be eternally grateful to Vicarage Court and it's staff for this.

Staff are efficient and friendly, always happy to lend a hand when needed. I must personally mention the Creative & Activities team she manages and organises the activities for the residents within the home which she does with great enthusiasm, thoughtfulness and pride. Sometimes I think she must of have a double, with the amount she gets through!! She keeps the residents happy and engaged. Fantastic experience within this establishment.

The staff are angels without wings.

Mum has bee a resident at the Vicarage Court care home in Featherstone for over 3 years. She is well looked after and is a happy person taking part in the vast array of activities. In February 2015 Mum was very poorly and admitted to hospital. When she was discharged she went into nursing care. The staff's care was so good she is now back on residential - amazing. The staff and owners are very approachable and their love and care shows in everything they do.

The activity coordinator is the life and soul of the party and always makes you feel welcome.
