An eighteenth-century listed building, Cedar Grange has been purposely converted into a care accommodation in which residents can achieve a relaxing lifestyle and a good sense of personal independence.

Mum has been at Cedar Grange for 5 months and I have nothing but praise for the leadership and staff. I am really well informed about events and mum's personal well being. Visitors are made welcome at any time and a lot of thought and effort is put into providing a real variety of fun activities and
experiences to engage the residents. Food, snacks and drinks are high quality and the cakes are delicious! I know that Mum is in a very good place, which is safe and clean and that she is being really well looked after. Communication is easy, nothing is too much trouble and I am very grateful to the current manager and team of staff for their genuine care and hard work.

My experience was amazing staff very welcoming and helpful. Also polite and compassionate during an emotional time. They showed a professional attitude without being too rigid. The love that they showed my mum and keeping her safe and happy was wonderful. Thank you the staff.

The care home is located only four miles from my residence, so access and parking is very easy. I and my wife do not need to phone first, just turn up and are made very welcome. We obviously do not visit during meal times. We are welcome to go and sit in the dining room where we are on our own in quiet
surroundings overlooking the garden.

From the time I contacted Cedar Grange to today, everyone has been so kind and helpful. My husband has been so settled in the home and I would not hesitate to have my husband here again if its needed. The care he received has been above and beyond what I would expect, even down to entertainment for

I attend the home at least twice a week and found the staff very friendly and approachable. The care mother has is excellent. If anything is wrong with her the medical personnel is called straight away.

My grandmother moved into Cedar Grange in November after a couple of spells in hospital. In that time, I have had nothing but positive experiences with them and the care they provide.
The place is always warm, clean and tidy. The staff are exceptionally friendly to both the residents and visiting
relatives, and it is clear that they care deeply about their work and the people they look after. The managers are always approachable, friendly and helpful and are constantly looking for ways to aid residents' care and well-being. There's also a high level of communication between the home and relatives which we really appreciate. Security is good with keypad locks on outside doors and one to the kitchen.
All in all, I have no complaints about Cedar Grange whatsoever and would recommend it to anyone who wants somewhere for their relative to be safe, happy and well cared for.

My Dad has been to Cedar Grange for respite in the past and has recently become a full-time resident due to his dementia.
He lived at home with my mum and had very poor mobility and no interest in anything other than sleeping. Without fail, within two weeks of being in Cedar Grange, I saw a massive
improvement in his physical and mental health. He is well-fed, interacts with staff and other residents, and now chats happily when we visit.
The staff and management are fabulous, kind, and caring and nothing is too much trouble. They genuinely care about the residents, one old lady had urinated and a staff member stood in front of her to shield her and protect her dignity until she could take her to change.
I am so grateful to have Dad safe with such lovely people. It was a massively hard decision to make but the way he has improved makes it so much easier for both my mum and I.

My mother has been a resident at the home for 5 months now and I'm extremely pleased with how well she has settled. The management changes are continuing to improve all aspects of the home, especially with the current stand-in Manager, whom I have excellent communication with. I can see that the quality
of staff (some have been there quite a number of years) and good teamwork is a priority. The staff clearly care about their residents and I have peace of mind that my mother’s needs are recognised and catered for as best they can be. I would strongly recommend the home to anyone.

My mother is well looked after in this care home and the staff are second to none. She is happy and talks highly of the staff.
The change in management is noticeable and the stand-in manager is very efficient and no request is too much for her to handle.

I was very happy with the service received from the home whilst they looked after my mother in her last year, she was very happy whilst in residence there. I was also impressed with all the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly on every occasion I had cause to speak with them.

Cedar Grange is a lovely old house set in gardens and mature trees. Songbirds can be heard singing every morning while my husband is still in bed. The atmosphere in the home is so relaxed and friendly. The carers are a mix of ages male and female and all are exceptionally good at their jobs. Nothing
is ever overlooked every need is taken care of in the most gentle and respectful way. Mealtimes are special it’s a priority of the manager that all the residents enjoy their food. He has made sure that the food is good quality and really tasty. Ensuring that it’s eaten and very much enjoyed.

My Father is a resident at the home and is very content and happy with his lot at the home he’s had some health issues but the staff are excellent and very supportive and due to the care and support from everyone he is now looking much healthier. Amazingly he is putting a bit of weight on as he is enjoying
his food, which is due to the quality and variety provided by the new staff and management. I would like to thank all the staff and especially the management for making a huge difference to Dad’s health and welfare.

My dad has been living at Cedar Grange for over a year now and has settled in extremely well. He has just been moved to a bigger bedroom which has a great view over the garden and has been decorated to a high standard which was really nice of the home manager to organise.
I always get a warm welcome
from the staff, they are very friendly and polite. The care my dad receives is great and he enjoys the home cooking the kitchen provides, the mini jam and cream scones looked amazing!

My grandad has been at Cedar Grange Care Home for over a year now and has settled in nicely with the help of their lovely staff.
The home is set in beautiful, wooded gardens.
There is always a warm welcome awaiting you from the staff and management team when you arrive and nothing is too much trouble.
