After a chaotic couple of months mum came into the care of the staff at Norbury Court. Within a couple of days she stabilised and all of her many conditions became better managed than they had been previously. All the time mu was there she was well looked cared for and always well turned out in over
two years of care. Care homes are not bricks and mortar they are the people that carry out the care every day.
Reply from Natasha Easton, Registered Manager at Norbury CourtThank you for your kind words, these mean so much to us and have been passed on to our staff team. It was a pleasure to care for your mother while she was with us and we appreciate your review.

The service provided ultimately depends on the staff and the staff are all excellent. As one said to me, when my wife hadn't been there long 'we're like a family here' and that sums it up.

Overall over a number of years I have found the care and support provided for my father and now mother, have been good. My parents have been treated with dignity by the staff. The facilities have been clean (room, lounge, dining area, toilet etc), with good quality meals. Recently staff reacted quickly
to a safety/security matter, providing a solution, which has since kept my mother safe. Thank you.

Rosemount Care Home

Following the sudden decline of my sisters health my brother made a journey from the USA to visit. On hearing about the visit, the manager and some team members came together to organise an early Christmas celebration. My sister was wheeled into a beautifully decorated room with a Christmas tree to
find us waiting. A small buffet and drinks were provided along with some small gifts and crackers.
We spent very precious time together. One of the activity ladies took a family photo which was then printed and framed for my sister. I can't thank the manager and team enough for what they did for us. My brother was impressed by the happy atmosphere and friendly team.
My heartfelt thanks again.

My mam was admitted into Chichester Court Care Home for emergency respite following my Dad getting admitted to hospital. She spent 2 1/2 weeks in there and loved every second of her stay as the staff really looked after and made a fuss of her. Mam usually doesn't eat much, however, whilst there she
ate every meal put in front of her. The place did not smell at all and was always clean. The staff were very friendly and inviting with myself and my family.
I would 100% recommend this care home! Well done!

I couldn't give this review enough words to say so extremely satisfied I am. First 100% care to my late mother + now the same to my father. The staff, the support, the food, nursing + care that my father is very happy with. I did not know how he would cope with the passing my mother but the staff have
individually gone our of their way to look after my father + knowing he this makes me extremely happy having first class care and attention. Big thank you to Maxine for running a tight ship.

Mam Mam lived in this home from April 2023 until she passed away at the end of September. I always found it friendly and inviting. The staff were great and took time to get to know Mam and understand what she liked and didn't like. There was always something going on which she loved. The place was
always clean and warm and there was never any bad smells which i worried about before she went in. There was a sense of family in the home which i found comforting and i am confident she was always well cared for, valued and safe.

My mother-in-law lived in the home for well over 2 years. She loved it there and i always felt she was loved, well cared for and safe. She enjoyed the outings and activities and made lots of friends. The staff are great - they have fun with the residents but are professional and are great at understanding
the residents and their families. The place has a welcoming feel, rooms and communal areas are clean and well kept and seem very suited to the needs of those who live there. My wife found the management team very responsive and she often commented she felt that they were in partnership for her mother's care. I would have no hesitation recommending South Quay to anyone looking for a great place for someone they love.

Mam lived at South Quay for two and a half years and loved it. She felt safe, cared for and loved. From the minute we first walked in it felt warm, friendly and secure.During her stay all staff were amazing. Always on hand to help and support her, have a laugh with her or just chat or spend time - she
loved the outings. The team formed a partnership with the family so that Mam's best interests were always front of mind and their care and compassion shone through - they had an instinct for knowing when something wasn't quite right and involved us throughout. When we brought her home from hospital on palliative care they were devastated but were professional and caring, going above and beyond to ensure her care was exemplary. They supported the whole family through this process and are continuing to support us now even though Mam has passed. The building is clean and well maintained, its not the Ritz but its homely and residents feel like family. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
