Our family member has lived at Beech Grove during the last 18 months. Our experience has been very positive. Communication is excellent. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very supportive and always make time to discuss our relative's needs.

As always the home felt warm and welcoming. I work in care and I am always impressed with how much the staff enjoy their jobs. My mother in law feels safe and happy. The home has supported us through a very difficult time and every one has always been kind and sensitive. Ten out of ten. Outstanding.

My mum has been in Beech Grove Care home for over 8 yrs now, & is very well looked after. I know the majority of the staff there, some better than others, and I find them caring, friendly & compassionate. I am regularly kept up to date with Mums care & appreciate the video calls that certain staff do to maintain contact with my mum during times when she is able to do so.

The care is given around individual needs. The residents are well cared for, and staff treat them with dignity and respect.

I visit my mother weekly and always find the staff to be friendly, experienced and efficient. The home is clean, tidy and overall run very well. Special occasions are happily catered for and visitors are made very welcome.

Wonderfull staff, caring and patient with both mum and dad.The management team has also been a great support for me and our family. Both of my parents are there, it was important to have them together because mum has Alzheimers and can't be away from dad.He is the only person she recognises now.Nothing too much trouble and they have both enjoyed the trips out last year. The meals are freshly prepared and the staff are so helpful and adaptable especially with mum who is a fussy eater.

Beech Grove is run really well all staff are friendly and caring and also very helpful a good atmosphere throughout happy as well, mum is happy and safe and that it my main thing for her and the managament as helpful and always there if needed to answer any questions.

The staff are extremely helpful and kind, they go out of their way to demonstrate their committment to ensure the life of the residents is as good as can be. The meals are cooked fresh everyday, they are well balanced and residents' likes & dislikes taken into account.

Beech Grove is a lovely home with caring happy and helpful staff

Mum enjoys the food, it is prepared on-site. They offer a good variety and always make sure she has her favourites. We are very satisfied with the care she receives.

Residents are looked after in a happy and caring environment. Their needs are attended to with dignity and love. Activities and outings are arranged for those who are able. As visitors we are made very welcome, so as a family we are pleased that my husband and their dad is in the care of Beech Grove.

Beech Grove is a wonderful care home and my mother is very well looked after. The staff are superb and cannot do too much to help. Visiting is easy and we are always made very welcome.

The staff are the ones that make this residential home caring. They work unbelievably hard. All staff are friendly, compassionate and shines a mile, that they care.

He always seemed happy and content at the home whenever we visited.

My mother has been at Beech Grove for two years now and the care she receives is very good. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and always have a smile and make me feel very welcome when I visit. A few members of our family came to visit Mum just before Christmas and a puppy and small children. They went out of their way to accommodate us and made us so welcome it was lovely and made Mum's Christmas very special. I am very happy with the care my mother receives. A very happy home with lovely caring staff.
