I know that Mum is in a very good place, which is safe and clean and that she is being really well looked after. Communication is easy, nothing is too much trouble and I am very grateful to the current manager and team of staff for their genuine care and hard work.

The managers are always approachable, friendly and helpful and are constantly looking for ways to aid residents' care and well-being. There's also a high level of communication between the home and relatives which we really appreciate. Security is good with keypad locks on outside doors and one to the kitchen.
All in all, I have no complaints about Cedar Grange whatsoever and would recommend it to anyone who wants somewhere for their relative to be safe, happy and well cared for.

The staff and management are fabulous, kind, and caring and nothing is too much trouble. They genuinely care about the residents, one old lady had urinated and a staff member stood in front of her to shield her and protect her dignity until she could take her to change.
I am so grateful to have Dad safe with such lovely people. It was a massively hard decision to make but the way he has improved makes it so much easier for both my mum and I.
