I have stayed here 3 times and each time I find something wrong. Most of the staff are great but a few are not. I would not put any of my parents in a place like this. Staff can be very rude to them, there is nothing for them to do except walk around the corridors or be put in front of the TV all...
I have stayed here 3 times and each time I find something wrong. Most of the staff are great but a few are not. I would not put any of my parents in a place like this. Staff can be very rude to them, there is nothing for them to do except walk around the corridors or be put in front of the TV all day and left. I have seen mice in the place and sometimes the smell is very off-putting. I have never had a bath there, I always come home for 1 as bathrooms are not very hygienic.

We visited Mum twice in March and both times we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the care given to Mum. The staff are friendly and kind and we are so pleased mum is being looked after in such a nice home with nice people.
