Thank you for your kind words, I will pass this on to the staff at the home. Regards.
On checking the records for the home I have been unable to find any log of any complaint in March regards any resident having issues with medications neither can I find any issues regarding staff so am unable to verify the review.
I would also like to point out that management of the home are present Monday to Friday and regular complete walk around the building speaking to residents and families so am surprised the manager is stated as never being seen.
The home takes any complaint or niggle seriously and uses them as learning curves to improve the services offered - if on this occasion mistakes had been made and were brought to the attention of the correct person they would have been rectified.
I am sorry on this occasion it appears this has not happened.

Hi, my name is Tammy and I’m the manager at Bradley House Care Home.
I’ve worked in care for 30 years and have 15 years of experience in a managerial role. I have gained NVQ 4 and the Register Managers Award (RMA).
I have been the manager of Bradley House since September 2020.
I believe residents should feel at home when in our care as that is essentially what we are, their home.
Dignity and respect are what I hold high and instil in all of my hard-working staff.
In my spare time, I enjoy making memories with my family, whether it be taking the dogs for walks or going on holidays and I love nothing more than getting my nose into a really good book.
Hi, my name is Kelly and I work at Bradley House Care Home as a Senior Administrator. I have now been with the company for 8 years working in each of the homes in the group.
My role is office-based, supporting the home, manager, staff, and relatives. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of Bradley House, the care staff provide a nice relaxing environment, and my own tasks are varied, from processing wages to ensuring all staff are enrolled on adequate training for their role. No two days are the same!
It is also nice to have the opportunity to get involved and support the residents who often have a wealth of knowledge and stories to share.
When I am not in the office my two girls keep me very busy, we enjoy our weekend breaks and summer camping trips but also do love to just relax in our pj’s with treats and a good movie.
Hey, my name is Amy Waller
I have been at Bradley House now for eight years and have completed many roles within this timeframe. I started as a cleaner then onto care. In 2021 I went on maternity leave and since returning from maternity leave I have now secured my role as relief team leader. I enjoy this role and ensuring that our residents have all the correct medication and help that they need. I have a little boy called Oakley John, who is also a massive part of the Bradley family. We enjoy popping into the home on our day off as Oakley’s cheeky little smile makes the resident's day. I enjoy baking and do like making cakes, cupcakes and all sorts of tasty little treats for our residents and will step in as cook when our amazing cook staff are on leave. In those 8 years, I have been a cleaner and a carer I have worked nights and days. Also, I worked in the kitchen for three years and really enjoyed this.
Hi, my name is Kim and I’ve worked at Bradley for 11 years.

Hi, my name is Elfa, I have over 30 years of experience in the care industry and I hold an NVQ 2 in social care. I have been working at Bradley House for just over a year now.
