My husband, mother-in-law and I attended the annual barbeque at lifestyles in August. We arrived early and were greeted very warmly by all of the staff. We were made to feel very welcome and were looked after very well (e.g. food, drinks). My brother-in-law seems to be very happy there, is stable on
his medications and appears to be well looked after by the staff. They are all doing a great job!

I really enjoy it here its lovely the meals are lovely we get three meals a day and get properly looked after the management and staff are lovely we are cared for and loved for all the time all the residents are pleased to leave and go out as well.

My son is happy at the care home,, I speak to him regular on the phone and visit as much as I can.
I have found the staff to be very friendly when we visit and very caring. The manager is very approachable and if I have a concern, I can contact her she is always on the end of her phone.

I live at Lifestyles because I have no memory so staff have to promot me to eat, drink, bath and remain presetnable. Staff are always patient with me and respect my dignity and privacy. When there is sufficient staff I get taken to the shop which is good and I look forward to it.

I visit my son in lifestyles 3 times a week and I also attend all the many social functions that they arrange and so I do know it very well. My son has been a resident there for 7 years. It is like a "home from home". All the residents are treated as individuals. Their physical and emotional needs are
supported by very caring staff with patience kindness and dignity. I am made so welcome by all the staff who are so warm and friendly. The manager has chosen her staff well. There is such a good team spirit. My son is happy and so well cared for I leave him in such good hands which makes me happy too.

The staff at Lifestyles are caring and professional, they support my brother, as they do with all the residents, through their trials and tribulations with dignity and respect for their needs and preferences. The home itself is kept clean and tidy, with events laid on to provide a fun and inclusive
atmosphere for all. I couldn't ask for a better situation, not only for my brother, but for myself as I know that he is being cared for to a standard often promised but not always met. I'm forever grateful.

I am very happy that my brother is living in Lifestyles. He is actively encouraged to be as independent as possible and is well cared for. The home is clean and tidy, and the family are always taken care of, and I never need to worry if he is ok.

Lifestyles is a lovely place; it’s clean with a great atmosphere. My friend really enjoys living there. The staff are amazing, kind and caring, and nothing is ever too much to ask for. The facilities are clean and comfy. The choice of meals is brilliant - a lot of variety to choose from! Five stars

Hi, I started at Lifestyles from leaving school (yes it was a long time ago) as I always had an innate tendency to help people, I like to say that helping one person may not change the world but it could change that one person's world. I like to spend my free time out of work with my children, having days at the beach and walks in the woods. I became deputy in 2009 and chose to attend college later in life to access knowledge that would help me to provide an understanding of my work from a different perspective and hopefully help me in providing the best possible care I can. I love to listen to music and have fun, I am often described at work as the "animated life and soul of the party" which I believe makes for relaxed and happy surroundings, of course ensuring all individual's happiness and safety within professional boundaries.
