I can't say enough words to express how happy I am with my mother's care at Ashfield Court. The staff have made my mother feel welcome by arranging her room the way she wants it and listening to her needs and concerns. The environment is stimulating and there is a warm atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Ashfield Court!
Thank you for this lovely review, we are so pleased your mother has settled in well and your fantastic feedback will be passed to our Ashfield Court care team.
Friendly staff, very helpful and understanding. Nice, comfortable, airy bedroom with room to move around easily. Good size common room and dining room leading to a nice garden.
Thank you for your lovely review that will be passed on to the home team.
My mother has been a resident for some 3 years and during all that time I have had no causes for complaint. The home has a cosy and homely feel and the rooms are of a good size. Residents are kept well entertained but are no way forced to participate. The staff all seem to be well trained and are attentive to residents needs. Most importantly they treat residents with dignity. The home is well run and you are always kept well informed of your relative's well-being.
I am relieved that she is being treated like this and happy she is happy.
Mum has been at Ashfield Court for over two years. In that time I cannot fault the care and attention that has been given. The staff are excellent. I would recommend this home to anyone. Because of this attention and dedication, I have great peace of mind, knowing that my mother is being cared for, especially at this time of the virus. May it continue. Many many thanks Ashfield.
My mother has been in Ashfield Court for approximately 6 years. Over the years I have had a few issues but they were always dealt with promptly. As of 2020 I could not have placed my mother in a better home. A big 'well done' and 'thank you' to the management and staff who are going above and beyond. My mother is well and very happy in this care home.
My sister has been a resident in Ashfield Court for 5 years now. From day 1 of her going in there she has had the best care and attention anyone could wish for. The building itself is modern, very clean and homely. Attention to detail is very evident to see. The staff and the services are brilliant and we, as family members, are always kept informed of any issues or changes. We would recommend Ashfield Court to anyone looking for care for a loved one.
Ashfield Court care home gives a home from home experience and atmosphere for my elderly parent but it is the staff that make a real difference. They are all outstanding, always prepared to make time to give advice, support and guidance at a time when you need it the most. They are caring, compassionate, kind and show warmth towards their residents and us as a family. I highly recommend Ashfield to those who want peace of mind, trust and respect when choosing a care home.
Nice clean home with very helpful and pleasant staff. They do everything you ask for. Brilliant staff.
My Mum has been resident at Ashfield Court for 16 months now and I would like to thank you all for the care and attention you give. I come to visit from Devon as much as I can and it is a great comfort to me to see Mum so well cared for.
I would totally recommend this home. It was lovely and homely, due to the lovely staff. Thank you all so much for taking care of our mam.
Over a period of 2 1/2 years, she deteriorated until her recent death.
The staff were magnificent. Even when mother was difficult she was treated with care and compassion. As her condition worsened the carers continued to encourage her and treated her with good humour and tenderness. They were excellent!
My husband has been in Ashfield Court since Oct 2015. He has settled well, and seems to be happy enough. The staff are very attentive and I feel that my husband is being well cared for. I struggled at first not having my husband with me and I was constantly on the phone to Ashfield. I felt I was being a nuisance but the staff welcomed my call at all times and insisted that I called whenever I wanted to. All the staff are friendly and happy to talk at all times.
My dad had never been happier! Very safe well feed and he has a really good relationship with the staff. The staff are up to date with all training, management are very involved with the well being of residents. Health and safety is a big issue very impressed.
Staff are lovely. Home is very warm and welcoming. Easy to get too and the security is spot on.
My children love coming here to see their gran. They especially love the outside seating ate and the chickens
