My mother has been in The Meadows since August 2015 and I have found all the staff and management caring and approachable. They make sure mum is comfortable and is nicely dressed and has all she requires. The meals look and smell lovely, the laundry do a good job of looking after her clothing and the premises are kept lovely and clean. I can approach the staff and management to make any enquiry I wish and they always have time to speak to me. Overall I am very happy with the care mum is receiving.
