Efficiently and professionally managed. Nursing and care providers are supportive and helpful to family members, always finding the time to answer questions. All care workers are kind, compassionate and supportive to residents. They carry out their difficult jobs with patience and good humour, providing
a safe and caring environment.

My mum was a resident at this home for two years. Since the present owners took over the overall care and love given to her was just amazing. The staff kept in touch throughout the pandemic with updates about visits etc but the best thing was knowing that my mum received genuine love from the staff.
Unfortunately, she passed away at the end of November but I know that everything was done to make her feel she was surrounded by love and genuine caring people.
The accommodation is the best I have seen and the staff are like earth angels. Special thanks go to one member of staff and I will be forever grateful to her.
If you have to put your loved ones into a care home this is the only place I would recommend - first class.

During the exceptionally difficult time of Coivd-19, the staff have been fantastic. Although always great, they've had to be surrogate family to the residents too. Always professional yet caring and compassionate too, they've shown concern for us as family members too as well as looking after our relatives.

I would like to commend the staff on their care and compassion showed to my great aunt over the past few weeks. Her end of life care was second to none. The staff not only looked after her but also welcomed and supported family members during this difficult period. Senior carers were dedicated and we
are grateful to them all but in particular, one member of staff who returned after his night shift to be with us and my great aunt during her final moments. His kindness and dedication will remain with us. The staff were polite, caring and dedicated and it was evident that they had developed a strong relationship with my great aunt and their presence at her funeral meant a lot to us. The management were excellent offering us a room, food and refreshments, which enabled us to remain with her. The staff should be recognised for their true dedication and they are a credit to the caring profession.
