Delighted with every aspect of Springfield House and very happy to submit our personal recommendations. Dads previous short break in a care home was just quite awful and I cried several times after leaving him there in October! With a dreary, drab and really shabby interior, residents sat around in
various states of undress, unkempt and the place was horrendously smelly! Then a vacancy came up at Springfield House in November and I could literally have kissed the lady when she rang back to confirm they had a place for Dad. Springfield House is absolutely lovely!! Bright, clean, modern and no bad smells!!! Dad is always clean, has his hair brushed and has always had a shave. Really love this place! Thank you x A* everyone!!!

The care and attention my mum receives is simply excellent. She has made many new friends and is the happiest she has been in years. Her room is really spacious and the cleanlinesses is exemplary. The staff are lovely.

A warm friendly home, with really lovely staff where you're always made to feel extremely welcome and the residents always have a great time at all of the regular events and functions etc. Well done to all the staff who make it the Great Home it always is. X
