Lovely, helpful staff. Always willing to answer any questions. Always fantastic activities available for the residents, family are more than welcome to participate.

Very nice carehome who look after my uncle and hes happy with it.

In my experience this is a first class home. All the management and staff are first class and couldn't be better. My mother loves it here and that is all I want.

The home is always very clean and the staff are always working hard, they never seem to stop working. I don't think they could do any more for my mother in law. All her needs are taken care for by the home. We couldn't as for better.

All care staff are amazing in their care towards our uncle. He is 100% cared for by dedicated and professional staff who are so welcoming and supportive when we visit. Special thank you to the admin officer too.

The care provided is excellent. Information supplied to me is clear. The staff are always friendly and professional. My brother-in-law has settled well and his needs are met. The room and corridors are always clean and well looked after.

Thank you for all the support you give my husband. I appreciate everything you do for him, and I'm so glad he has settled into the routine. Can't thank you enough.

Staff very helpful with my brother who is a different person at times with his illness. They will help him when he needs it and always comment to me about him being the joker he is.

My uncle needed twenty-four hour care and had complex mental health needs re dementia. The staff are so great, he was able to be managed on the residential not the Emi unit to make his life there easier for him. I can't thank their staff enough. The deputy manager is outstanding and has every inch of my uncle's life at the heart of her organisation. So grateful.

My father has lived in Cleveland View care home since August 2022 until he passed away recently, even though he had lewy body dementia and sometimes his behaviour could be quite challenging, he was treated with the utmost care and compassion by all who looked after him, the staff were all lovely and welcoming, and it was a comfort to all of us to know he spent his last days here and was treated with respect and dignity

Our dad was a resident at Cleveland View for just over two years. He initially stayed for four weeks while recovering from a long stay in hospital. Our dad told us that he felt safe at Cleveland View. This was so reassuring to us as we had been concerned about him living on his own, as we could not be there 24 hours a day. All of the staff from managers to care staff to cleaners were brilliant. The care given to our dad was fantastic, all of his medical and care needs were met to a high standard. Staff were always cheerful, encouraging him to take part in activities and social events. He loved going on outings such as the beach and joining in activities such as the sing-a-long in the care home. At the end of the four weeks we spoke to him and staff at the care home about the possibility of staying as a resident. Our dad was happy to stay and often commented the staff and friends he made felt like being part of a bigger family. Staff were also helpful in supporting us when needed.

I would recommend this care home. My mother was extremely well looked after by all the staff and she really enjoyed living there. The staff were kind , caring and professional always ready to find time.

I would like to take this opportunity to say to all of Cleveland View care home staff - from managers, deputy managers, senior care staff, care workers, domestic staff, laundry staff, kitchen staff and to all other staff to whom I have not mentioned - well done for all the hard work you give within your own role. I would also like to say that I have bonded with each and every one in Cleveland View in my own little way. Thank you for all your hard work.

My mam seems happy in the care home and likes most of the staff. Things could be a lot better as they need more staff. The administrator is very good as is the senior nurse.

My dad has been living here since 2016 - he has been diagnosed with vascular dementia. We chose this home based on the caring and empathetic staff during our visit. The staff give us a great sense of security and trust and look after my dad as we would at home. The staff have a great work ethic and are always happy to help.

All staff are very supportive. The room is clean and to a good overall standard. I feel my mam is safe and is treated with dignity. All concerns are dealt with immediately.

My father has been in Cleveland View for a while now and I am happy with his placement. Staff are fantastic and all his needs are met. Nothing is an issue if something needs doing, staff don't hesitate to do it. They are always happy and helpful and this reflects on other residents positively.

I have found staff to be friendly and helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. My dad always compliments how good the food is especially his Sunday lunch which he always looks forward to. The administrator helped sort my finances out which we, as his daughters, were over the moon about.

Can't really comment as not a regular visitor, but my Nana is happy and loves the staff.

My husband has been admitted to Cleveland View home for two years now. The staff always have my husbands need as priority. I am very reassured when I leave him on an evening that he is safe and happy which means the world to me. The staff make me feel at home and understand when he is not well. I am very thankful to them.
