Longlands Care Home, the management team, office staff, and carers have all been incredibly understanding and caring towards my dad. Everyone has a clear understanding of his needs and requirements, which gives us great reassurance as a family. If anything needs to be brought to our attention, they contact us and explain everything clearly. Dad's health and wellbeing are always their top priority.
The entertainment team are fantastic. They bring everyone together through activities, exercise, and celebrations for special occasions, making sure that everyone feels included and involved.
Overall, as a family we are very happy with the care Dad receives, and we truly believe it is helping him with all of his needs.

Even though my beautiful mother has only been in the home since January and at first I was extremely upset over it all, I've been settled with the care, love and support from everyone working in the home. I am always made welcome.
Hello thank you for your kind words and maximum ratings, we are touched and very grateful.
My father has been in this care home for nine years and has been very happy. Although he is deteriorating, he is being well looked after and pampered. The staff are very kind, respectful and caring. I continue to be very impressed with all the people who work here and would recommend to anyone.

I made the correct decision for my mother's care.
Staff are respectful and adhere to all her needs, facilities are excellent and the whole atmosphere is calm and comfortable.
I can't fault them.

Hello Paula, thank you so much for your kind review, we really appreciate you taking the time.
I was treated with respect and dignity as I was unable to bathe myself, I never felt embarrassed or ill at ease.
I got to know the girls as I called the carers and my two boys, being a cheeky 72 year old I got away with it. All the carers were brilliant, they were never to busy to help when you asked for advice.
I would recommend Longlands Care Home and would not hesitate to contact them if I needed residential care.
Thank you so much for helping me when I needed help.
Hello Margaret, thank you so much for these amazing comments. We enjoyed having you at Longlands and we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review, Sally, we appreciate it.
My mother was initially admitted in for rest care and is now a permanent resident. The care provided to her is excellent, the staff here genuinely care and they are all lovely, plenty of activities which my mother can participate in when she wants to and plenty of services provided eg: hairdresser/podiatrist etc. It’s true to say my mother is a different lady since being here everyone really has made her feel at home and she has settled in perfectly.
Longlands care home has a good standard of cleanliness and the staff are friendly and helpful. Mum has a good rapport with the staff and other residents alike.
The staff are lovely anything we ask for they assist us with it my auntie has been in this home since 8th July and we have no problems. The rooms are clean, meals are always hot and plenty. I would say overall my auntie is looked after quite well.
I have been very happy and well treated in here. I came in here under my own will and have not regretted it once. I am well-treated and well-fed.
The staff and management have a genuine, caring attitude and have my mam's best interests at heart.
I cannot fault the care she receives and would recommend it to anyone in need of the services they provide.
Communication is very good and the staff are so good and effective at interacting with mam and keeping her spirits up.
The fact that there's not a quick turn over of staff means that they know my father well and gives me peace of mind.
I have been very happy with the care provided by all the staff. They are always happy and pleasant with my mother and our family. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to help. We are confident that our Mum is in the best place. Plenty of attention, activities and care. Safe and secure.
