We follow all regulations and best practices, and recent stakeholder inspections were successfully completed with positive feedback. Closing the top floor was necessary for vital refurbishment. Since acquiring the home, we have invested over 60,000, with more planned to enhance communal spaces, upgrade facilities, and create a warm, welcoming environment. Resident well-being remained our priority. We carefully assessed compatibility to ensure we maintained great support, and where needed, we offered smooth, compassionate transitions to another near Constantia care home.We continue strengthening our wellbeing programme and are also enhancing communication through Family WhatsApp Groups and Resident Gazettes.We truly value our residents and families.
