They have well looked after Dad since his admission. Always keep you up to date on various issues. They went the full hog when I couldn't recently visit Dad due to my my mum being homed due to vascular dementia. Even shopped on my behalf for his toiletries and other items I usually supply which was well appreciated. The care and nursing staff are second to none and really care. Keep up the good work.

Seems reviews can only be complementary after reading the rules of writing one. May I compliment you on your letter I received explaining all your failures in the passing of my father.

Review from Audrey C (Friend of Resident) published on 13 October 2023 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

My friend was admitted to Lilibet Manor in August 2023, the carers are very compassionate and caring, they have bundles of patient and really care about every person they look after, even the chef and laundry staff are very good with the residents, they want to help at all times. It's very nice and lovely. My friend can be very demanding at times, moving to Lilibet Manor has lessened the load but allows me to be actively involved in her care.
