Would highly recommend this home if you are looking for peace of mind for your loved ones.

All staff and management are excellent, they are brilliant with Beryl. She loves being in the care of everyone in the care home, I also feel very welcome when I visit Beryl. Very kind and friendly.

Very helpful nothing any trouble to them. They all welcome you, when I visit my brother and tell me how he is doing. I would recommend anyone with relatives going in a care home the Longlands Care Home.

Overall, as a family we are very happy with the care Dad receives, and we truly believe it is helping him with all of his needs.

Lovely care home very friendly staff very clean food is lovely rooms are clean and nice all staff approachable with any queries we have all very welcoming from first day any problems can ring and they will ring us mam is taken very good care of.

Mam has been in Middlesbrough Grange about 6 weeks now, and can't fault it, warm and welcoming, staff are all lovely from domestics, kitchen, carers, and office management, can't do enough for mam, and for us.

My mum was a resident at Middlesbrough Grange for over 3 years. She loved all the staff and was made to feel loved by everyone there. Management of this home do not follow correct procedures. My husbands care plan was not up to date and was only corrected when I flagged it up. We found ourselves in the position that my husband was evicted from the home with no eviction notice apart from when they tried to give me a backdated notice which I refused to accept. No support was given when we had to find new accommodation. All this points are absolutely proven to be true. Still no apology given. Would i recommend this home?? Absolutely not. The care home is in direct need of refurbishment. There is no activity coordinator or activity programme to help stimulate the residents. Residents are currently all on one floor and are a mix of residential, dementia, complex needs and respite care. I would have given no stars but that option wasn't available.

Always above and beyond, always friendly towards residents. They are not just a person they are a family. Nice homely feel, special mention to one staff member, always above and beyond and always got time for my dad and residents.

Great staff who provide a caring environment. Staff are very attentive to the needs of the residents and know each resident's characteristics providing additional care. Communication with the management is good.

The facilities are always clean and tidy and the activities are very good for keeping the residents engaged and active.

My nanna and uncle both live in Roseleigh and they are so happy and well looked after which makes me happy. The staff are always on hand to help.

We visited a lot of care homes before suggesting to my mam on Roseleigh becoming her care home. What stood out were the staff and how they cared for the residents. Roseleigh has an excellent team of carers with a wealth of experience. They are professional, friendly and well-trained. They are led by a manager who is always accessible and greets you as you enter or leave the home. We feel we chose the best care home for my mam and totally trust all the team with my mam's well-being and also they achieve speedy assistance from doctor's surgeries when the needs arise. I recommend Roseleigh.

Even though my beautiful mother has only been in the home since January and at first I was extremely upset over it all, I've been settled with the care, love and support from everyone working in the home. I am always made welcome.

My mam has been in Middlesbrough Grange since February 2023, the staff instantly put our mind at ease and made mam so welcome, the staff go above and beyond, they all do a marvellous job and have lovely caring natures, it's now May and mam is so happy here, I visit every day and I see how hard the staff work, they do an amazing job.

Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. The respect shown to residents is exceptional. As a visitor, the staff have always been very accommodating to answering questions and helpful with sorting any issues. We know that the lady we visit is safe and looked after, what more could we really ask?

The staff are very caring and take my mother's needs as a first priority. She is very happy in Roseleigh. I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home.
