Mam has been in Middlesbrough Grange about 6 weeks now, and can't fault it, warm and welcoming, staff are all lovely from domestics, kitchen, carers, and office management, can't do enough for mam, and for us.

My mum was a resident at Middlesbrough Grange for over 3 years. She loved all the staff and was made to feel loved by everyone there. Middlesbrough Grange is a community that goes above and beyond to empower all residents to make choices and decisions for themselves at 101 mam loved Middlesbrough Grange

Management of this home do not follow correct procedures. My husbands care plan was not up to date and was only corrected when I flagged it up. We found ourselves in the position that my husband was evicted from the home with no eviction notice apart from when they tried to give me a backdated notice
which I refused to accept. No support was given when we had to find new accommodation. All this points are absolutely proven to be true. Still no apology given. Would i recommend this home?? Absolutely not. The care home is in direct need of refurbishment. There is no activity coordinator or activity programme to help stimulate the residents. Residents are currently all on one floor and are a mix of residential, dementia, complex needs and respite care. I would have given no stars but that option wasn't available.

We carefully assessed compatibility to ensure we maintained great support, and where needed, we offered smooth, compassionate transitions to another near Constantia care home.We continue strengthening our wellbeing programme and are also enhancing communication through Family WhatsApp Groups and Resident Gazettes.We truly value our residents and families. Always above and beyond, always friendly towards residents. They are not just a person they are a family. Nice homely feel, special mention to one staff member, always above and beyond and always got time for my dad and residents.

The staff in the home are excellent, very caring and professional. My mother has Alzheimer's and the family feel she is being really well looked after by the staff.
The facilities are always clean and tidy and the activities are very good for keeping the residents engaged and active.

We visited a lot of care homes before suggesting to my mam on Roseleigh becoming her care home. What stood out were the staff and how they cared for the residents. Roseleigh has an excellent team of carers with a wealth of experience. They are professional, friendly and well-trained. They are led by
a manager who is always accessible and greets you as you enter or leave the home. We feel we chose the best care home for my mam and totally trust all the team with my mam's well-being and also they achieve speedy assistance from doctor's surgeries when the needs arise. I recommend Roseleigh.

My mam has been in Middlesbrough Grange since February 2023, the staff instantly put our mind at ease and made mam so welcome, the staff go above and beyond, they all do a marvellous job and have lovely caring natures, it's now May and mam is so happy here, I visit every day and I see how hard the staff
work, they do an amazing job.

Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. The respect shown to residents is exceptional. As a visitor, the staff have always been very accommodating to answering questions and helpful with sorting any issues. We know that the lady we visit is safe and looked after, what more could we really ask?

My father has been in this care home for nine years and has been very happy. Although he is deteriorating, he is being well looked after and pampered. The staff are very kind, respectful and caring. I continue to be very impressed with all the people who work here and would recommend to anyone.
