We have carried out a full investigation into the issues you have raised and acknowledge that in some areas, we failed to meet the high standards we set for ourselves at Linson Court. We are have now put a plan in place to address these issues but we would like to apologise for failing to meet your expectations on this occasion. We pride ourselves on the high standards of care we provide to residents at Linson Court and are committed to making the experience of our residents a positive one.
We were very sorry to hear of the death of your mother in hospital and please accept our condolences on your loss. In the brief time your mother was with us at Linson Court she received the best possible care and our staff were always attentive to her needs. We accept our high standards slipped on this occasion when it came to communication over the weekend period in question and we have taken steps to address this.
