Each bedroom is en-suite and decorated to a high standard. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furnishings to make their room feel as homely as possible. The home has three comfortable lounges, along with its own pub, the Netherfields Arms.
Additionally, there are three dining rooms serving fresh home cooked food, an inner and outer courtyard, hairdressing salon and shop. A personal laundry service is available for all residents and there are regular visits from an optician, dentist and chiropodist.
Riverside Meadow has a dedicated Activities Coordinator who puts on a range of creative and stimulating activities for residents.
The home is situated close to local services and amenities, with shops a short walk away and a bus stop immediately outside the home.

Middlesbrough Grange care home is an excellent care home. It has coped with this awful year brilliantly. The staff are amazing and always go above and beyond. My dad seems happy and settled.

My wife is settled knowing her mother gets 100% cared for, nothing is too much trouble and she can communicate very well with the manager and staff if needed. They have activities on most days if residents care to join in if not they can stay in the comfort of their own room knowing there would always be a friendly member of staff popping in to make sure all is ok.

We endeavour to meet the needs of all residents, however, when we can no longer do so and this negatively impacts on the well-being of other residents, we have to take the difficult decision to move a person to a more suitable care environment. Health professionals fully supported this decision in the best interest and welfare of the resident concerned.
Staff excellent. Very caring with the residents and very supportive. They really do care for the people in their care and the food is very good. Cleanliness is excellent. You could not wish for better staff.

Home is very clean and friendly. My uncle is happy with the room he is in. They get very good meals and plenty of drinks. He is washed and bathed on a daily basis. There are things for him to do if he is able to.

My mother settled in well and was encouraged to socialise which was important for her as she is blind and has only partial hearing. The staff are very kind and gentle and she enjoys the excellent meals and extra cups of tea!
