I can't fault the care my mam receives when she is at this home for respite my mam goes in every weekend and has done for a few months now and every person that helps care for my mam are so understanding of her condition I like the fact that they contact me with updates and she is never left on her own there is always a carer in the living room looking over all the residents which is good and since my mam as been going here she as never got upset or anxious which makes me feel better when I leave

I cannot fault the care my mam received from management to staff, unfortunately my mam has passed away and was only here a short time. The care she received was lovely, whatever she needed she got. I had never had to deal with anything like this and management and staff guided me all the way with information and kept me updated, I will never be able to thank them enough. Thank you for looking after my mam.

My uncle recently went into Willow View Care Home for respite. I find the care to be excellent the staff are friendly, caring and always meet his needs. I was worried about him being in a care home but I didn't need to worry because the staff were helpful and put my mind at rest straight away. Keep up the good work.

I and my sister would like to thank the excellent staff for taking care of my farther in end of life care. He was only with you for two weeks, but my sister and I took great comfort in knowing he was respected and all his needs catered for. In these unfortunate times, the staff were excellent in keeping us informed of my farther's situation. The professionalism of the staff was outstanding. It is a shame we have to meet such great people in unfortunate circumstances. On behalf of my sister and myself, I wish the staff our best wishes. Once again with all my heart, thank you.

Thank you very much for your kind words, although we only knew your dad for a very short time, he was a pleasure to know, and look after.

I will make sure that all of the Team at Willow View are made aware of your appreciation. Thank you again.

My Dad was a resident for only eight days for palliative and end of life care. The staff were all very professional in the home and they all had a genuine and considerate attitude to all residents, family, relatives, friends and their colleagues too. The level of care was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and their main concern was my Dad's care, health and safety. The passing my Dad was treated with the utmost respect and dignity, and every aspect of his needs were catered for extremely well.

When I visited this home to see a resident I was impressed so much so that I made enquiries for a permanent stay for my mother-in-law. She is now a resident and even though she is not always aware of everything she is happy with her surroundings has settled in nicely.

The care and attention are excellent. Thank you to everyone here.

My friend has been a resident of Willow View Care Home for over 5 years.
She's been happy and very well in this time. The staff are friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

When my friend was on end of life, the girls went above and beyond. This gave me great comfort at a very sad time.

My mother was having a bad week and feeling quite low, with no appetite. One of her carers brought a lovely bowl of fruit in to try to tempt her to eat. The family were very appreciative of this, so many thanks.

My mum was admitted to Willow View, Norton on 22nd February and the whole family were overwhelmed by the welcome and care she received. The room was delightful and cheerful, the nursing and hospitality was dignified and efficient and the family felt reassured that Mum was receiving the best 'end of life' care. We are eternally grateful.

We count our lucky stars that my father was able to spend the final weeks of his life in the care of Willow View Care Home. My Dad was not easily pleased and loathed to lose his independence but W.V. very quickly won him over with the sensitive way the staff went about his care, their flexibility, the quality of the food (compliments to the chef!) and his lovely room. As his needs increased, the staff could not do enough, either to help him or to support us as a family. We felt reassured he was in safe hands, knowing the staff would be in touch with us as appropriate. In Willow View the staff really care, they're not just doing their jobs. It's warm and welcoming, clean and efficient, and has excellent relationships with other healthcare providers e.g. the District Nursing team. At the end of his life, my Dad was far more comfortable and cared for than he would have been anywhere else. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend W.V. should any of my loved ones need this level of care in the future.

My mum is in Willow View Care Home for palliative/end of life care. I cannot speak highly enough of this home and its staff. My mum was struggling to be independent in her own home and finding this home has been fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, staff go beyond that extra mile in care, attention and above everything else my mum feels happy and safe now.

The rooms are akin to a 5-star hotel, modern and tasteful. There is a varied menu so no need to get bored with any of the days daily treats. I cannot recommend this home enough.

Management are warm and welcoming. The rooms are to an extremely high standard. Care could not be faulted and the staff, nurses and management. They made mams last days pain free and treated her with dignity and respect. I would recommend to anyone.

They made family members feel at ease and treated us with consideration.

My mother-in-law moved into Willow View in June 2017. She has been well cared for and is happy to stay there. My husband and I are so satisfied with her care that when it became necessary for my father and mother to get full-time care I had no hesitation asking about availability for them. My folks move in, in July and are settling very well.

Willow Court Care Home is a very happy home, nothing is too much for the staff, they make their “patients” very comfortable get them what they want at any time of day or night. Unfortunately, my husband was only with them for one week when he passed away. Nothing was too much trouble looking after my husband and looked after me with care and love.
