Park House is one big family. The staff are wonderful and treat my mam with dignity and respect. As family of a resident we are all included in everything, we know all the residents and the staff, it's just such a lovely place to spend time and see how much care goes into making the home a special place for the residents to live. The food, entertainment, cleanliness and attention given to the residents is just second to none. I couldn't wish for a better place for mam.

I have visited a friend here several times and have always found it to be a warm friendly place. The staff are very kind and welcoming. Residents are well cared for and seem a happy, contented bunch. One lady in particular is excellent. I am unable to rate all options but I'm sure all are excellent.

Dad moved into Park House just before Christmas, which as you can imagine was an emotional time for all involved. From day one, the care Dad received has been second to none. He is settled and most importantly happy. The staff are wonderful, we feel so thankful to them all.

What can I say about this place - having never had anything to do with care, I was put into a situation that required in-depth help. After google and reviews, I found Park House. I came to visit and from that day to this, was definitely the right choice. From arriving to now the staff have been amazing, any question answered. Help delivered, care given above and beyond. Each resident is well looked after and they all have different needs.

Park House is a hidden gem. The quality of care provided is outstanding. The management and staff are genuine, caring people. They treat residents with dignity and respect and are supportive to family members. It's an excellent small homely environment that's very clean, nicely furnished and perfect in every way. As a family member (daughter), I am very happy with Park House, and my mother and I happy with our experiences. We have had nothing but positive interactions with management/staff. I appreciate everything they do and can never thank them enough. They are an excellent example of what a residential home should be.

My auntie has had the best last years of her life. It was the best decision we made. Staff are tremendously polite, professional and accommodating. From management, filtering down, nothing has been too much. Her final days were made the best that she could ask for. Massive thanks.

When it became obvious that mother needed care. We started to look for somewhere not too far from Oxbridge. By chance, Park House was the first one we visited. We liked the family atmosphere of the residents and staff. As a family, we visited 21 more care homes in the Stockton area. In the end, we agreed that Park House would be the place for her. Most of the staff have been there a long time which always says a lot about any organisation. Mother's health was very poor on entering Park House but with the attention and care of the staff, she improved. She enjoyed over two years in Park House. Pre-lockdown they had trips out and had a number of activities and special celebrations when the home was decorated. In her final days, the staff spent time with her and kept us updated on her condition. They made arrangements for family visits. Nothing was too much trouble. Three members of staff attended her funeral and they posted a lovely tribute on Facebook. Thank you Park House.

My mother has dementia and we needed to find a good care home for her close by so that we could visit frequently. My mother was really worried about going, but once there, I called every day and I could tell from her voice that she was happy and content. She praised the staff during each conversation and that's how I know I made the right decision when choosing park house. I can't thank them enough for making her feel so welcome and for making her time there an enjoyable experience. It really puts my mind at ease, knowing she is happy during this difficult time.

Due to continuing restrictions, visiting has been difficult. However, Park House have an outside visiting pod which helps give a feeling of closeness. It is reasonably comfortable and heated. Staff stayed during the visit to help my Aunty with the telephone. They helped keep her focused and listening, giving encouragement to answer where possible. They are always very attentive to her needs. My Aunty has been hospitalised and in isolation recently so these visits help to reassure she is happy and well cared for. Park House staff keep me up to date via telephone and photos (Facebook), I have no doubt and have every faith that Park House has not slipped since we were last indoors.

It's very difficult when faced with a relative's frailty and having to decide on ongoing care. My aunt was in Park House for just over a year. She settled there immediately and was very happy. The staff ratio was very good and they were all kind, considerate and empathetic. My aunt could not praise them highly enough. There were regular, entertaining, social activities, outings and treats. I visited regularly and found the other residents to be equally happy. The meals were excellent and varied. The home was clean, bright and welcoming – a home from home. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Park House for my aunt’s care in her twilight years and highly recommend it.
