Situated In the Oxbridge area of Stockton On Tees, Park House Rest Home is a small family run care home offering residential and residential dementia care while maintaining a homely environment, the home is within walking distance of Ropner Park.

Park House is a friendly and welcoming care home. My mum came to live here almost a year ago. She was slow to settle as she is fiercely independent and wanted to be at home but the staff were so kind and reassuring that she now feels safe and happy to be one of the residents. She is well cared for and
has made some lovely friends. She enjoys helping with the activities and going on their little trips out. She enjoys the food but her appetite is small. I would recommend Park House to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

Both my parents and auntie are residents at Park House care home and I wouldn't place them anywhere else. The care they receive is excellent. The staff are all friendly, approachable and professional and nothing is too much trouble. There is always something going on to keep the residents entertained.
Park House is just a lovely small family run care house with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. I cannot speak more highly of this care home.

My grandmother has been a resident at Park House for a few years. This is a perfect, caring and family friendly setting where all the staff, no matter their role, care for my gran like she is their own relative and with the utmost dignity and respect. Since my mum entered Park House, the change in her has been remarkable. Her quality of life has improved. The level of person-centred care is second to none as the staff have really endeavoured to find out about her likes and dislikes from day one. When visiting, the atmosphere is very welcoming and
it is a pleasure to be there, joining in all the many varied activities. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. It gives me and my family great peace of mind knowing she is being so well cared for.

I can not fault Park House.
The care my mum receives is fantastic, all the staff are so friendly and get to know the residents individually.
The meals are all cooked on-site with the resident's likes and dislikes catered for and there is always something going on for the residents to get involved
in. I feel so happy knowing that Mum is really well looked after.

Park House is one big family. The staff are wonderful and treat my mam with dignity and respect. As family of a resident we are all included in everything, we know all the residents and the staff, it's just such a lovely place to spend time and see how much care goes into making the home a special place
for the residents to live. The food, entertainment, cleanliness and attention given to the residents is just second to none. I couldn't wish for a better place for mam.

The care my mum receives at Park House is excellent/outstanding. The staff have embraced her into the Park House family, talking to her and listening to her in a caring and compassionate manner. The manager, staff and owner's interaction with her and the other residents is always positive. The food
is of a very high standard, with lots of variety and themed menus. Park House is always clean and tidy and has a pleasant, safe and relaxed feel to it. I always feel welcome and comfortable when visiting my mum, it's a bit like a home from home. Activities are wide varying and beneficial and families are welcome to attend any of the activities. The environment is one of happiness and there is a feeling of being part of one big family, with the residents, families, manager and staff. We as a family couldn't ask for anything more.

Mum is enabled to live in a warm, homely environment. All residents and staff are happy and have a lovely relationship with each other. Came today for my mums birthday. It was lovely to see my mum singing with all the residents. Mum was pampered. A singer came and performed. My mum loves singing. Mum
had a lovely day. All this is possible because the staff put lots of effort itno supporting, encouraging and enabling everyone to have a wonderful life.

I have visited a friend here several times and have always found it to be a warm friendly place. The staff are very kind and welcoming. Residents are well cared for and seem a happy, contented bunch. One lady in particular is excellent. I am unable to rate all options but I'm sure all are excellent.
