Park House

I would recommend Park House to anyone and, in fact, have already done so.

Park House is an excellent rest home - clean, warm, bright and always welcoming to visitors. The residents are cared for by the wonderful staff with competence, humour and affection and each resident is treated with dignity and respect. The staff work very hard to create an atmosphere which is homely and comfortable while encouraging residents, where possible, to participate in group activities and be involved in the daily life of the home. Alternatively, if residents prefer the privacy of their rooms, that is absolutely fine. Bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and the public areas: two day lounges, a separate small room for residents to receive visitors and dining room are pleasant and airy. Meals are tasty and varied. The staff are patient and kind and clearly care deeply about their work. I could not recommend Park House more highly.

Park House is excellent and caters for my mother's every need. The management and carers are kind and supported my mother through a number of health issues. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The home is kept clean at all times. The meals are also excellent. My mother has a very good friendly relationship with both day and night staff and is happy and content and feels safe and secure.

When we were looking around for a residential care home, Park House was the only one in which we heard laughter and interaction between staff and residents. My mother has settled in really well. The staff are excellent, very friendly and caring. The home and rooms are spotlessly clean. The food and varied menu is excellent. Visitors are warmly welcomed at any time. I would highly recommend Park House to anyone.

My mum spent 10 days at Park house recently and very much enjoyed her say. The team of ladies were really kind and caring and made my mum feel comfortable and at ease. I would certainly recommend Park House to anyone looking for a care home that is homely and has a staff and management who genuinely do care for their residents. An excellent service in every way.

The home is excellent. The carers are very kind and supported my mother back to good health. The room was very clean at all times. My mother had a great diet and enjoyed all her food. Personal care was always top priority. The carers always helped mother with her bathing, curled her hair and cut her nails. To finish I would recommend Park House and give it 10 out of 10.

I like having a chat with staff. staff are always happy to make me a sandwich or a hot cuppa whenever I ask. Staff are very good and caring. My room is very good and clean. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff have been shopping for me and take me shopping. The meals are very good and I can't complain at all. I enjoyed my 2 weeks respite care. I would definitely stay again if possible.

Very warm friendly place, can't do enough for you. Decor to a high standard. Very clean, if a bed is available I will return!

My mum is always treated with love and respect. She is always happy and contented and that I believe is due to the atmosphere the home creates with its high level of care and love the staff give to its residents. Mum's room and all the living rooms are always immaculate. I would recommend this home to everyone.

I have been at Park House since March 2015. The home is very homely and I am well looked after. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Park House to anyone.

You could not get any better home than Park House. My family looked all over for a home and I'm glad they found Park House. I would not get anywhere better. Food excellent lots of staff. I can do what I like to do, when I want to.

I can't fault the place it's excellent.

The staff are very good and the home is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them they all treat me very well and I get on with all staff. I was apprehensive before I came in but now realise there was no reason to feel this way. It is a wonderful place to live the girls are wonderful.

My dad is very happy living at Park House, he is well looked after and we have never had any complaints from him at all. It is clean and tidy and the menu is healthy and suited to my dads needs. It is not regimented and the residents can be visited at any time between 9-9 but not at meal times which is very good for people who are working.

The staff are excellent, the staff treat me excellently. My family and friends can visit any time they are always offered a cup of tea or coffee. I can have a cup of tea any time always offered cake or biscuits with it too. There is always plenty of activities to go to but it depends on how I feel if I join in.

The home us very nice, very clean, friendly. I also like the staff they are like family. I should of come earlier.
