The staff are very good and the home is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them they all treat me very well and I get on with all staff. I was apprehensive before I came in but now realise there was no reason to feel this way. It is a wonderful place to live the girls are wonderful.

My dad is very happy living at Park House, he is well looked after and we have never had any complaints from him at all. It is clean and tidy and the menu is healthy and suited to my dads needs. It is not regimented and the residents can be visited at any time between 9-9 but not at meal times...

The staff are excellent, the staff treat me excellently. My family and friends can visit any time they are always offered a cup of tea or coffee. I can have a cup of tea any time always offered cake or biscuits with it too. There is always plenty of activities to go to but it depends on how I feel...
