We find the staff very attentive, caring and my mother is treated with dignity at all times.
Social areas for residents are comfortable, well decorated and clean. My mother is able to personalise her own bedroom which offers a nice open, light and airy aspect. There is a homely aspect throughout with regular activities for residents on offer. As a family, we are very happy with all aspects of my mother's care.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review.

My mother-in-law has been at Inglewood for 18 months. The care she receives is outstanding. Unfortunately, she had to go into the hospital, she was there for 3 weeks, and came back with a pressure sore. That had never happened before due to the care she gets. She always looks clean and dressed accordingly. She even gets her nails painted. Attention to detail.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words about the care your mother-in-law receives at Inglewood.

During the time I've been visiting Inglewood I've always been greeted with warmth and an accurate update on my grandparents. This level of care has been matched in relation to my grandparents' care who have been shown excellent levels of interest in them. As people in relation to their medical needs. The food, events, lounge rooms, smiles, and homely bedrooms have made their time here a happy period. Especially in relation to the passing of grandad. Staff were hugely respectful and considerate in his last chapter.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review.

What can I say about Inglewood, other than it is a very special place !!
The thing that makes it stand out are the staff. They are so professional, friendly and always seem to have a smile on their face. We were always greeted with warmth and the offer of a tea or coffee ! A great team who excel at their work.
We had looked at a number of homes before deciding on Inglewood, and what a great choice it was ! Everywhere was clean, bright and the home cooked food was very much appreciated by both mum and dad.
Our parents were treated with respect and genuine fondness, for which we will be eternally grateful. Every member of staff knew them and would immediately inform us of any concern. This reassurance was invaluable.
If you are looking for a care home which is as special as your parent or parents, then Inglewood is for you !!
Thanks once again to you all, you should be so proud of the care you show every resident at Inglewood.
Thank you so much for such a heartfelt and generous review - it truly means the world to us all here at Inglewood.

The home was very helpful and incredibly caring of my grandad in his last few days. They sat with him during his last days, keeping him company and taking time to get to know the things he liked. They supported my parents through the whole process making it easier to navigate. An incredibly caring and warm staff. We are so grateful for their time and love during what was a difficult time.
Thank you for your kind and thoughtful review. We are so sorry for your loss and are truly grateful you took the time to share your experience.
It means a great deal to hear that your grandad was cared for with compassion and dignity in his final days.
We are also pleased that we could...
He had been in Inglewood for four and a half months and was shown exceptional kindness and care during that time. All the staff went out of their way to make dad feel welcome and settled at a time in his life when he was suffering from a deal of pain and discomfort. He was always kept as comfortable as possible and in receipt of appropriate medical care. During his last few days he needed to be supported with end of life care and the staff made sure that he was not on his own when he eventually passed away. But the staff went further and made sure that his family were kept fully informed and supported during a difficult time for us all. It was especially gratifying to see four of the staff at his funeral service on Friday 20th March.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share these kind words. We are truly sorry for your loss and feel honoured to have been able to care for your dad during his time with us.
It means a great deal to hear that he felt comfortable, supported, and welcomed, especially during such a difficult...
I have recently had a dear friend admitted as a resident to Inglewood Care Home. I am very impressed with the management and nursing carers. They are always friendly helpful and pleasant at all times. Management always available and informative on updates on my friends progress. Carers are very attentive with dignity and love when attending to her needs. Inglewood is exceptional, a very well run home. Clean and lovely rooms and lounges and all equipped with residence needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending the home to friends and relatives.
It means a great deal to know you find us friendly, helpful and approachable,...
I had been very impressed with Inglewood, from the initial contact with Olav, to Mum being welcomed into Inglewood by friendly and helpful staff. Staff are always willing to help mum with her personal needs, while encouraging her to interact with activities. Her personal care and appearance have improved since she has moved there. Communication about how Mum is doing is wonderful compared to a previous experience in her previous care home.
Thank you so much for your kind review. Were delighted to hear that your mum has settled in well and that youve felt supported from your very first contact with Olav and the team. Our staff take great pride in delivering personalised care while encouraging residents to stay engaged and connected,...
I had to look for her a place in residential care when she became unable to safely manage Independent living.Anyone looking for a place of safety, care, compassion, friendship, laughter & love for a loved one look no further than Inglewood. My mam used to say " its a grand hotel this" & she wasnt wrong. The whole staff team as well as caring for the residents really do look after their relations as well as i found out during mams stay there, always a staff member ready with sometimes a much needed hug or to offer reassurance.
Lovely homecooked food, dietry requirements met, clean homely rooms, spacious communal areas for the many activities that go on & a fantastic staff team.
I havent been back to Inglewood since mam died,i will find it very sad & strange she is not sat in her chair in the lounge, but i will be back before Christmas to visit her friends & mine.I will also book a room !
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a heartfelt review about your mum's time at Inglewood. We are truly touched by your words, and it means a great deal to the whole team to know that she felt safe, cared for, and surrounded by friendship and laughter during her time with...
Large room with lots of storage space and sunny aspect.
Generous supply of fluids and regular snacks.

The staff have been amazing since my mother in law came into the home for respite in December. They can't do enough for her or her family. The meals are by all accounts amazing, and the residents are always being offered drinks and treats. the rooms are always clean and appear comfortable.
Thank you for your kind words. We really appreciate that you have taken the time to leave a review for us.
I found the staff very friendly and competent. The residents are treated with respect and compassion. Overall the residential home is run very well, and my sister is very happy here, she does not want to leave!
We are so pleased that your sister is very happy! Thank you for leaving a review.
I have been really impressed with the physical and emotional care for my husband by many staff members. He is helped to wash and dress and when I took him to the dentist, the dentist commented on how much cleaner his teeth were than on previous visits. Also that in his experience this was not usually the case with care home residents. Members of staff remember about his obsession with football and talk with him about Tottenham Hotspur. Seniors try to offer the best for his condition.
Thank you for leaving a review - we really appreciate it.
My mum was sent to Inglewood from the hospital. She was there for 2 weeks then got a phone call to say she was taken to hospital in the night. I went to visit her and she told me the manager was trying to rush her. She replied I can't rush I have bad legs and she is very unstable on her feet. So I said to my mum I will find out what is going on. But the next day my mum passed away in hospital. Still trying to sort the funeral out not have much time to find out what went on when she was in Inglewood. Hopefully, be able to sort things out when my mum is laid to rest.
Always welcome and everywhere is very clean. I don't think residents get enough showers and mum likes a bath really. The lift is often broken which makes it hard for mum as she doesn't like the stair lift. Always seems to be a problem with staffing, especially weekends. No manager at the moment.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We welcome all feedback and are always learning and looking for ways to improve. I am pleased that you find a warm welcome every time you are in the home and thank you for noting that everywhere is very clean. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness....
