My brother and I looked at several care homes for our mother.
From our initial visit, we found the home had a very friendly and homely feel.
The staff are all very dedicated and friendly; nothing is a problem.

We could not have chosen a safer home form our mother, especially now during the covid-19 pandemic. I feel the staff have gone above and beyond to keep all residents and themselves safe and well.

The staff allowed me to use their personal iPads to video and see Mum, which makes such a difference in lockdown. Mum always looks happy and smiling with a story to tell about a picnic or afternoon tea they have had, which is very reassuring for family members.

I would totally recommend Lambton House to anyone who is considering using a care home.

The home itself is lovely and clean; they have nice, bright public areas and comfortable rooms. The staff are amazingly friendly and extremely helpful; always a warm welcome no matter what time of day you call. If anyone is looking for a care home, you need to put Lambton House at the top of your list.

Every staff member shows care and commitment in what had been a very difficult time for myself and my family, it is a home from home, words are not enough to show our appreciation. As my mam says “they are all angels”.

The staff at Lambton House are very dedicated and caring. During this difficult time (COVID-19) video call sessions have been provided to keep in contact with loved ones. I can honestly say that I am content knowing my mother is in there being looked after by a set of wonderful carers and management team. I would recommend Lambton House to anyone.
