I have always found the home a very clean and tidy place to visit. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and the couple I visit are always well dressed and looked after very well. Meals are also varied, well presented and hot.

The manager and staff at Hafod House are friendly, attentive and thoroughly professional. As a result, my mother is very happy, and she feels safe and well looked after in the warm, caring and good-humoured environment. Recent improvements to the outdoor area are very welcome.

During my stay at Hafod House, I am having a wonderful time. Starting with the staff I cannot express in words how much they help me through good times and also bad times, no request ever seems like a chore and they always have time for you no matter what even when rushed off their feet. The food is exceptional and if you are peckish in-between meals or through the night something will soon be made for you. Even though I do not partake in many activities there is always something for the residents to do. Your room along with the whole of the building is kept extremely clean. The grounds are very private and quiet and well-kept l would not hesitate for a second to recommend Hafod House to any of my family and friends.
Both my Mother and Mother in Law are resident at Hafod House. They have very different needs and personalities. They are treated as individuals and their specific needs are met and understood. Peace of mind, knowing your relative is being cared for by these staff, is very comforting.

She has an excellent relationship with the manager and senior staff. If she is unhappy about anything they are very approachable and take on board anything she says....
For my mum, this home works and if she hadn’t have gone there I am unsure if she would still be with us, so for me, it’s a big thank you and keep up the great work.
