My mum is very happy in this home. This home is very good the staff are lovely Caring people who care about their residents and help them if asked and when needed. I love the way they take interest by talking to my mum and always there for her. I can keep in touch anytime by ringing if I need too but I visit very very often and they make me feel at home. They are special Staff so caring every one off them to cleaners, ect. The manager Nicky is always lovely and available for a chat.

Overall, we are extremely happy with Brocklehurst. Thank you for all you do.

Having just arrived here recently my husband has settled in really well. Which I am very pleased about. It is a lovely caring place. The staff is brilliant with him; nothing is too much trouble.

Mum was admitted to the Old Vicarage in the last weeks of her long life and was given care and attention when she needed it. She was very weak on arrival and sadly passed away within a week or so. Nonetheless, I felt the staff we always lovely. They were welcoming and it was always easy find someone who knew mum's condition and what was going on with her. My interaction with the home was quite short but I feel the people that work there do genuinely care and do their best to keep the residents happy and well.

It was a difficult and painful decision to move Mum into a home. Old Vicarage was recommended to me by a Care professional whose Mother-in-law had been there. Although a deterioration at first, Mum has now improved a great deal. Staff are lovely with her, very patient. They are also very accommodating towards family members when visiting.

The staff are lovely and really make the Old Vicarage a home from home.

They are always happy to give me updates, and needs of my mother, I feel happy she is being looked after well as I do not live locally so am not able to visit weekly

My mother has been cared for with love and kindness. I feel comforted by the fact that she is safe. The nursing staff are fully aware of her needs and are attentive. If mum does not wish to have personal care or food for example, the staff make every effort to persuade her that it is necessary and can often help her make the best decisions. The staff are always polite and happy when we visit and willing to answer questions when asked.

My husband is treated with care and dignity at all times. All his needs are considered and carefully thought about. Any concerns have been raised with me as soon as possible and measures are put in place to ensure that everything is done to resolve any issues. I am greeted by name and treated as a respected visitor to the home.

The care and facilities have reduced recently, the residents have to wait when requiring help. The home does provide entertainment on a regular basis.

My Mum has been at the care home since October 25. She is so well cared for by all of the staff. The home itself is lovely and clean and smells like a 'home' not a care facility. My mum had lived for 62 years in the same house and I was very concerned that she would have a difficult time settling somewhere else but with the support of the manger Nikki and her brilliant team this has not been an issue. I would recommend this home wholeheartedly. Thanks to all of the lovely staff for looking after my Mum so well.

My mum has been in Lezayre Nursing Home for about 3 months now. And since she has been there the staff has been fantastic and not only do anything for the clients but very nice to the visitors. Lezayre Nursing Home is fantastic home. Very clean and fantastic place for our dear mother.

I feel I needed to write this since my brother in law has been in Brocklehurst the care he has recieved has been excellent. He is been there for 1 year. Before being in Brocklehurst he was always in hospitail bit for a year he has no issues and not had to be admitted to hospitail that shows that the care he has recieved has been the best. the family are really happy

The main aspect of Lezayre is the high standard of care and support from the staff. It's not a new building but the staff are excellent. My sister is 88 and is very frail with dementia so her activities are highly restricted, but the staff and management do their best to improve her quality of life. They are always available and courteous to me.

Hairdresser comes on a Wednesday.

Dad has received excellent care at the old vicarage. We are very happy with all aspects of his care. The staff are all very helpful and kind, and always consider how best to deal with my father's complex needs.

Mum has been in the care home approx 1 year. She came from another care home that did not do nursing care. Mam's health had deteriorated and she went into hospital. She was then told she required nursing care and moved into Derwent Lodge. In this time her health has improved. She is well cared for and happy, all the staff I have met are lovely, very caring and nothing is a bother to them. Mam tells me how kind they are, the food is good, and she feels well cared for. Thank you to all the lovely staff for their kindness.
