I do feel that the staff : resident ratio is stretched at times and occasionally the door takes a long time to be answered!
Everyone is very polite and are all willing to help in any way. Staff are very gentle with residents and go way beyond to make people comfortable.

On entering Bay Tree House, I was welcomed by a member of staff, shown to where my partner was sitting in the sitting room, other residents were sitting in the dining room eating their tea. They are having building work done but it did not stop the running of the house.
