My grandmother is extremely happy in this wonderful home. The dedication to her care and happiness is the priority from both the nurse manager and staff, who all treat her like a member of their family.

Chaseley House is a lovely building in a beautiful area of Rhos on Sea. Both manager and staff go out of their way to ensure clean, comfortable surroundings. It has a choice of living areas to relax in and there is enough to keep residents occupied during the day. My grandmother's favourites are playing skittles and listening to live music being played by a local musician. I have a younger sister and the carers love her visits and make such a fuss of her! Children are always welcome and residents and staff find their presence beneficial to them as it contributes to the warm family atmosphere of the home.

Meals are of a very high standard.
Her en-suite bedroom is beautiful and cosy! She's made it a real home from home and it's bright and comfortable with a nice view.

Moving into Chaseley House has been the best decision that my lovely mother-in-law has made since losing her beloved husband earlier this year.
The place is extremely well run by the manager and her dedicated staff, who treat the residents like their own family members; with love, friendship, great care and humour. It's so much more than just a 'care home'. It's like a new family home for the residents to enjoy a new lease of life.

Residents are treated like individuals and this place is no institution with strict rules and regs.
Food is varied, always of a high quality and plentiful and its hygiene premises has been rated 5* from the council.

Any enquires are dealt with quickly, friendly and professionally. Staff go above and beyond their duties to ensure a happy and content environment.

It took us a while to find the perfect home as we're fussy, and Chaseley is just that.

Thank you to the manager and all staff.

What can I say about this fantastic place other than it's not just a 'residential' home; it's like a family home with excellent staff under brilliant management.
The professionalism, dedication, love, care and friendship which they all provide to their residents is second to none.
My 81-year-old mother, who has mobility difficulties, moved to Chaseley in June 2016 following the death of my father earlier in the year. She's a very sociable person, loneliness had started getting her down and she was finding everyday house tasks difficult. Once she'd decided to move into a residential home, myself and my brother then looked up some reviews before going round a few local homes to find her the 'perfect place'.
Mum is now like a different person! She always has a smile on her face and now has a new zest for life. The food is fantastic. Staff love working there as they too regard it as a home from home. I think that says it all really.
Keep up the excellent standards.
