I have always found the staff to be kind, considerate and caring. Mum has been resident for 16 months and off and on has been poorly. Staff have sat with her when she has panic attacks. It gives the family such peace of mind to know she is safe, cared for, happy, warm and well fed.

My 96-year-old dad was given the best care I could wish for. He was very happy there and loved the carers who gave him a lot of attention. The only reason he was moved was because he needed nursing care for his mobility. I would highly recommend the home.

We are delighted at how much better our friend's health is since she has been here. She often tells us how good the staff are and how nice the food is. The 'in-house' entertainment is lovely but, apart from us taking her out once a week there does not seem to be any organised trips. But apart from that,
she is very happy and contented.

I am very happy here as I am so well looked after. I can be independent if I like, or have help if needed. My visitors are always welcomed at any time. The staff made my 100th birthday fantastic. I had a lot of family and friends all day, and a sing-song concert with a keyboard player and a lovely party
with a buffet and a special cake and all the residents came as well as friends.

I have been a resident at this home for two years and six months. During this time I have been very happy and I am glad to call it my second home. It is like a home from home because the staff make the atmosphere so friendly and inviting. The staff are so caring, dedicated and pleasant, and always ready
to listen and see to my needs. They are always on hand to deal with any problems. Chaseley House is an excellent care home.

My mum has been at Chaseley for 2 years. She was made comfortable from the start and we, as family, were welcomed. My mum has always been treated with the utmost care and sensibility and is very very happy. We could not wish for better care for her.

My mother has been at Chaseley House for just over 12 months now. We as a family are very pleased with the care our mother receives. She is not always the easiest person to deal with but the care, dignity and understanding the staff give her is amazing. It is always a pleasure to go and visit her as
she is so happy and content, and we go home knowing she is receiving the care she needs. At the beginning of September, a Garden Party was arranged for the residents and their families which was a huge success. They had activities for both young and old and everyone enjoyed themselves. As a family, we would like to say a big thank you to the owners plus all their wonderful staff for caring for our mother and putting a smile on her face (and ours).

My mother has been a resident at Chaseley House for two years and my experience during this time has been excellent. The overall standard of care, facilities and respect for residents is very good and consistent. What stands out for me, however, is the constant effort of management and staff to improve
the service, facilities and activities. Communication is really good and appreciated.

Since my mother has been at Chaseley House she has bloomed and blossomed and seems to much happier. She absolutely loves it and she has put on weight and relaxed a lot more.
I cannot thank the team enough. We are so lucky to have them on our doorstep. Professional, caring and quality home that does
everything it can to take care of all the patients' needs and wants. Outstanding. Well done.

A happy, friendly and bilingual team of expert carers who really do care.
I love going to see my mother-in-law there because it is so full of positive energy and bounce. The owners are also always there so you are in safe and capable hands.

My wife is a very happy resident at Chaseley House Rest Home and has been since her admission in March 2017. Going into any care home is a big decision but my wife was put at ease straight away by the manager and her wonderful caring staff. I am more than happy with the way she is being cared in a dignified
and professional manner, the home is always clean with no odours and the food is varied, tasty, plentiful and nutritional. I am always offered a drink on my arrival and treated with respect by whoever greets me I am always met with a smile.
Over the last couple of months, the home has undertaken a refurbishment program in all communal areas fitting new carpets, curtains, wallpaper, pictures/mirrors and lovely chandeliers and wall lights. The home has also upgraded all windows to double glazed units along with a lovely set of patio doors being fitted in the quiet lounge enabling easy access to the garden in the summer months.
The manager and staff you are a credit to yourselves keep up the good work.

My Mum moved into Chaseley House in September 2016 and has recieved an excellent standard of care ever since. She loves all the staff and is very happy and secure there. The staff are very accommodating and adjust their care to her needs (e.g. change of bedtime routine, or a change in taste of food/drink
etc). On the rare occasion Mum has needed to see a doctor, the manager has arranged this without delay, and has advised the family.

For us it's lovely to feel we can visit Mum anytime we'd like to, and all the family are welcome! The staff are always so happy it's easy to forget they are at work, and this really isn't Mum's house! The amosphere is so lovely and friendly! The House is in a lovely location. There are different views from every window and it's in the middle of a lovely residential area. Mum is very happy there and calls it 'home'.

My grandmother is extremely happy in this wonderful home. The dedication to her care and happiness is the priority from both the nurse manager and staff, who all treat her like a member of their family.

Chaseley House is a lovely building in a beautiful area of Rhos on Sea. Both manager and staff

go out of their way to ensure clean, comfortable surroundings. It has a choice of living areas to relax in and there is enough to keep residents occupied during the day. My grandmother's favourites are playing skittles and listening to live music being played by a local musician. I have a younger sister and the carers love her visits and make such a fuss of her! Children are always welcome and residents and staff find their presence beneficial to them as it contributes to the warm family atmosphere of the home.

Meals are of a very high standard.
Her en-suite bedroom is beautiful and cosy! She's made it a real home from home and it's bright and comfortable with a nice view.
