Overall Experience

From what we have experienced on our regular visits the level of care is excellent. The staff are very welcoming and very hard working. They treat all patients with dignity and they try their level best to involve all residents in the arranged activities. An excellent care home.

Overall Experience

I'm very happy here, it's a nice comfortable place. We get peace when we want it but plenty going on if we ant to do things. There's often music playing, from our era and time is taken to find out what we like and what we don't like. The food is always tasty and warm but there could be more choice. I do enjoy it when we have a take-away, my favourite is Chinese! The staff are always helpful and accommodating. My son and family can visit whenever they want to and always treated with a warm welcome.

It's like being on holiday here. Everything's done for you if you ask for something you get it. I get to go our for meals which I really enjoy. The food is always excellent and there's plenty of it. I find it hard to find fault with anything here. The staff are brilliant and very caring. I can't grumble at anything.
