Belvedere House Residential Care Home

Tracy and other staff always on hand to talk with me with any questions I have.

We are fortunate that Belvedere House can transport my sister to celebrations and even on a Sunday. This means we can all be together which is precious.

Mum appears to feel thoroughly at home at Belvedere House. She is respected and supported in a friendly and comfortable environment. Her needs are met and her preferences are respected. There is a good rapport between staff and residents which makes it a happy place for residents, staff and visitors.

My mum receives outstanding care at Belvedere House Residential Care Home. During November, she needed some health and medical appointments, and the managers arranged these & took my mum for her appointments, which was so helpful for me. Nothing is too much trouble for the managers & staff, they are all dedicated, caring, and always put my mum at ease and make her happy. The chefs cook lovely meals, and I feel extremely lucky that my mum has a place here.

I, and my family, are extremely happy with the care that my aunt is receiving of Belvedere Home. The environment is cosy, caring but at the same time stimulating. All staff appear to know the residents very well, together with their individual needs. The food is very good and the 'cook' always mixes with the residents. Management keep me posted of any alterations/updates on my aunt. The staff are always very caring. We are very happy with all their care. Thank you.

Belvedere House Residential Care Home is a lovely care home. I moved my mother from a care home in the Midlands to the Belvedere. The care she is getting now is second to none. In particular I want to commend the leadership which is of the highest standard.

The team in Belvedere House Residential Care Home provided Mum with care and support that continually surpasses our expectations. Mum always says how safe she feels and how lucky she is. Belvedere is a family home; the team know and understand Mum's support needs fully and they care for her in such a way that she feels valued maintained. We will always be thankful that Belvedere became Mum's home.

The resident's overall experience is one of being in a caring environment with professional staff providing friendly efficient service in a homely environment. I have no worries about my relative.

A warm, friendly and welcoming residential care home. I know Mum is well cared for and safe. Excellent staff and so happy to assist Mum with her care needs.

Myself and the family continue to be very happy with the care Mum receives. The staff are consistently kind, caring and friendly towards Mum which is paramount for us. The owners are always very approachable, willing to listen and offer advice. It is lovely to see them treat the residents as if part of their own family. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, friendly and always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn't have found a nicer home for Mum.

The home is brilliant, in my opinion, and can't be improved.

An excellent care provider. Friendly, family-orientated, professional, helpful and caring owners and staff. All residents seem extremely happy, content and well cared for. My sister and I are so relieved that our mother is in this care home and she is settled and happy. We are always welcomed with a smile and we are kept updated at all times. The gardens are well-maintained and a pleasure to look at. The residents go on trips to the beachfront for ice cream or fish and chips, weekly trips to the local coffee shop etc. My sister and I highly recommend this wonderful residential care home.

I want to thank the manager and all the wonderful staff of the ‘Belvedere House'. My father was there for nearly two years and had excellent care from all the staff. Nothing was too much, and my father having dementia, was confused, sometimes asking to have his pictures put in a different position. One member of staff always moved them for him. When he was in hospital, he said he wanted to go home. I would say where is home, the Belvedere with the manager, of course. For him to say that made me thankful it was a fantastic home, clean, accommodating and going out with the patients. I cannot recommend the Belvedere enough. I will always feel grateful for the love and care he got before passing away in April 2023. You are all amazing. Thank you.

Very well run with friendly and helpful staff. A comfortable homely environment. I can't recommend it highly enough.

My mum has had a very warm welcome to Belvedere House Residential Care Home. As a dementia sufferer, the staff have provided constant support and care for her as well as myself as a relative. Their warmth, understanding and care have helped so much in a difficult time.

My mum was a resident at the Belvedere until she passed away in December 2022. I would like to say thank you to the management and care team for the outstanding care given to my mum, I cannot fault them in any way. I always felt very welcome when I came to see Mum. My mother was a resident at Belvedere for nearly six years. She would have been 100 in July. She passed away in January 2023 after a prolonged illness. The staff at Belvedere cared for her (and me) in every way possible. They made our last few moments together as pleasant as possible. They are all amazing, dedicated people, and I thank them.
