A lovely care home with equally lovely and caring staff.
I cannot fault the care that was given to my mother all the time she lived here right up to her death in early April 2022.
The home keeps in close touch with the family.
The staff are kind and supportive at all times.
Mum was very well cared
for right up until the end.
We were all made very welcome when we visited.
I really want to say thank you very much to the manager and her team.

My mom became a resident at the Belevedere in Tenby recently. Home from home. My sister and I are so happy that she is being well cared for in a lovely residential home. It's clean it's cosy and mom looks 10 years younger! It's a beautiful place. The carers are committed and nothing is too much trouble
for them. There are plenty of activities going on. The food is great. The care is exceptional. The rooms are really comfortable and the residents have everything that is needed.
The Belvedere is very well run by the proprietors. I cannot praise this place enough.
Worth every penny.

This home provides a first-class service in care and support for the residents. This, in turn, makes them happy and content. If the time comes that I will eventually need to be cared for in such an establishment I would love to think that I would end up in such a home.

The home provides a friendly, caring, and supportive environment for my mother. She is very well cared for and is happy and content. The staff communicate with us frequently and are friendly, professional, and easy to get on with. Overall we are very happy with the home and the care provided.

I feel extremely lucky that my father is cared for by the team at Belvedere House. Belvedere is professionally led with the highest of expectation and standards. There is a real family feel to the residence where all people are treated with genuine warmth and respect. Although my father is often confused
and sometimes wishes to return to life outside Belvedere, one thing remains constant in his mind and that is the genuine affection he has for the team that cares for him. He feels safe, secure and happy. If he does become confused or upset the team are skilled at supporting him to calm and for him to return to a positive state of self-maintenance. Therefore he is able to maintain his dignity and sense of self-worth. I cannot thank the team and leadership of Belvedere enough for the sterling work they do! Indeed, during the current pandemic and unfolding crisis their proactive care has only strengthened my faith in the service they provide.

Dad only been at Belvedere for 8 weeks, but has settled in well. He loves all the staff and we feel he has already become "part of the family". Staff are always very helpful, kind and caring and cant do enough.

The thing that stands out with the Belvedere is the friendliness and kindness of the staff and management. They do a difficult job with a good-natured attitude and always make us welcome when visiting. The Belvedere appears to be clean, comfortable, bright and sunny with the staff doing their very best
to keep the residents happy.

My mother is blind and deaf and said she felt like she was in a black box, but the staff were so kind, holding her hand, giving her time - that she is now willing to go for more respite in the future.

Since my father was placed in this home some 3 years ago, he has adjusted to his new life with extreme ease. This is down to the professionalism of the manager and staff. Making a decision to move a loved one into care is one of the hardest ever.
We visited Belvedere and were given a very warm welcome by the Matron. We felt no need to look elsewhere. Mum had some respite care and then moved in.
The management and staff have made this whole transition remarkable and
been supportive over these past months. The atmosphere is always friendly, kind, caring, understanding and like a big family. The food is excellent, a varied and nutritious menu that is all cooked in-house. Much thought is put into activities and outings that give vital stimulation and interest. Hygiene and cleanliness are excellent.
Belvedere is homely and we know that Mum couldn't be in safer hands. Entrusting her into the total care of Belvedere has been made easier because of the positive ethos and attitude. All staff make family and friends welcome at any time, nothing is too much trouble. Communication and involvement with all aspects of Mum's care is exceptional which is extremely important and reassuring.

Belvedere is an extremely friendly and well-run care home, which we have been using for respite for the last two years.
Mother lives with us and when the time comes that we are no longer able to cope, she will spend the rest of her days at Belvedere, where I know she will be happy and well cared for.

I have nothing but good things to say about Belvedere. The owners and staff are professional, friendly and genuinely caring. They gave excellent end of life care to my father who passed away just before Christmas and are currently caring for my mother. Belvedere feels like a real home, with a relaxed
and welcoming attitude towards family members. Having always been extremely independent individuals both my parents have come in their own ways to value the support provided by the staff and the whole family is delighted to have found such a special place.
