I've only visited my brother on a few occasions, and I am very pleased with the care provided. The staff who I've talked to are very kind, caring and always have a smile on their faces. That cheers up the residents and can also reassure visitors. I also feel my brother is part of a family member, not just a resident. Thank you all, much appreciated.
Thank you for your lovely review. We want everyone at Red Rose to feel like they are part of the family, so I am glad to hear that you feel this is the case.
Very supportive during end of life. Phone calls - able to confirm if hospital visit necessary. Able to visit - 1 of us once we were notified. All staff exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to. Entertainment and liaison with family outstanding.
Thank you for your kind words it means a lot to hear that you had such good support from the home during a difficult period. It was our pleasure to look after you and your loved one throughout their stay.
Due to Covid restrictions, I have not visited the home. However, staff and management are excellent at dealing with any queries. The use of FaceTime technology at the home has been great during the pandemic.
Thank you for your thoughtful comments. I am glad that queries have been handled in an excellent way. We have all learnt new ways of communicating during the last year and FaceTime is a new firm favourite.
Whenever I phone or go to the home the staff are very friendly and helpful. They take good care of my sister who is very happy living there. The home is always very clean and the food is excellent.
We appreciate your kind words and the time taken to leave this feedback. We strive to ensure that everyone living at Red Rose has a good choice of food to choose from. We know that food is such an important part of our daily routine. We are glad to hear that you feel your sister is well cared for.
The staff at Red Rose Care Home are very considerate to the residents' needs. Although my mother has ill-health and is not as sharp as she was years ago, she constantly reassures the family "I'm being well looked after".
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are so happy that mum feels well looked after as this is the most important thing for all of us at Red Rose.
My mother went into Red Rose Care Home on the day of lockdown in March 2020. It is difficult to give an accurate review as obviously, we have been unable to enter the home. What I can say is that considering the circumstances, my mother has seemed to settle well, is well cared for and seems to be happy. The staff seem caring and reassure us on the phone with any concerns we may have.
Thank you so much for your feedback on the home. We appreciate that this has been a very uncertain time for you and your loved one. We are looking forward to welcoming you into the service soon. It is been a difficult year with the pandemic but I am pleased that communication has been there to reassure you during this difficult time.
I cannot praise Red Rose Care Home up enough. All the carers are amazing and one team member has been outstanding, I cannot praise her enough. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words they mean a lot to the team. We are so happy that you and your Aunt are having a positive experience at the home, it is always our pleasure.
Wonderful, kind staff where nothing seems to be too much trouble. My aunt says she is happy and comfortable here, especially during such difficult times when vising has been limited.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are glad that your aunt is happy and that you are happy with the service provided.
My father and mother spent one week at Red Rose. They settled in after the first day and made it clear they liked being there. The staff were friendly and considerate and made my parents comfortable. They involved them in conversations by asking them about family and their interests. This made them feel at home. This was such a relief for the family. I found the nursing and caring staff very professional and I would like to thank the management for their advice during the initial assessment and their stay.
Thank you, for letting us know how we are doing at Red Rose Care Home. The care and wellbeing of every resident is our number one priority and it is rewarding to have such positive feedback about how we are doing. Have a fantastic day.
My father has been at Red Rose Care Home for 3 years. The staff are fantastic with him. The only time there are concerns is when no regular staff are on shift and they obviously do not know the residents. The regular staff here are caring, they listen to my concerns etc and I cannot fault them.
Thank you for letting us know how we are doing. The care and wellbeing of every resident is our number one priority and it is rewarding to have such positive feedback about how we are doing. Have a great day.
The lift could do with a bit of TLC and parking at the front, makes it difficult to access the home with my mother in a wheelchair along with her personal belongings.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback about our home. We are pleased to hear that your experience has been positive and appreciate all of your kind comments about our team. We hope to see you again soon.
Carers are very approachable, friendly and attentive. Noticed a change in the mood, sociability of m uncle since he has been at Red Rose and he has settled in well. He's personal needs are well met and he is always clean and well dressed, compliments to care, domestic and laundry staff.

All staff are very friendly and always smiling. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Very quick at solving problems and getting things done.
My mother is well looked after and the staff really care about the residents. Food is well liked by the mother and a good choice of meals. Overall, I am well pleased with the care and professionalism of the home.
This home is lovely. All staff members are brilliant. If I want a chat, there is never a problem. Mam is looked after 100%. Mam loves it here. A very big change in Mam since she has been here. Mam is happy, so I am happy. I can sleep at night knowing Mam is looked after 24/7.
