My mam loves it there, the staff are very friendly and happy to help. Also a very clean nursing home. Since my mam has been there she is looking 100% better in herself. I would definitely highly recommend White Rose Care Centre.

Very good, very professional in what they do. My mother would like to go in the garden more often, as she is upstairs, she would just like to be out in the fresh air and potter around more. She also likes to help e.g. folding clothes and towels and laying the tables.

On my initial entry to the home, the staff were very welcoming, staff were professional and as I had never visited before, the staff were happy enough to lead me to my friends' room.
The atmosphere of the home was very uplifting, I could hear lots of fun music and people singing along. The home is
very vibrant and clean.
I would highly recommend this home and it will certainly be my first place of call if I had loved ones needing nursing care.

I am very happy and satisfied that my brother resides in White Rose Care Centre. I can only describe my experiences up until the care home came under lockdown in February 2020. I have always been made very welcome. The staff have also always been very helpful in sorting out any queries regarding his
hospital visits etc. Since I live in Bristol I am very happy knowing he is so well cared for.

I would certainly recommend this nursing home. The care and support is second to none. The staff are very friendly and when I call them, they always have time to give me an update on my Mam and nothing is too much trouble. The way they have handled this pandemic and kept everyone safe is amazing.

My father went into the nursing home in October 2020. He was made to feel welcome from day one. He had always led an independent life but in March 2020 it became more difficult for him to do so. Going into residential care, he was afraid but he settled from day one. For the family, we are so pleased
to know he's looked after and well, safe and content.

Have not been able to visit for some considerable time because of restrictions but I always find staff are helpful, considerate and informative whenever I contact them. My personal visits, although restricted of late, have always reassured me that it is a caring and safe environment.

I would probably score higher, but due to covid restrictions, I haven't been able to visit Mum at the home, but have spoken to her at least twice a week and managed to facetime her twice. She looks really well, clean and tidy and seems happy. The staff are always happy and really nice to Mum. They are
very helpful if I have a query and I have no complaints. (The staff are doing their best in difficult circumstances).

Unfortunately, due to visiting restrictions with the Covid-19 pandemic, I have been unable to visit my mother inside the home. However, whenever we have contacted staff, we have been reassured that she has settled in well and is happy in her new environment. Every effort has been made for us to be able
to phone or video call my mother. We are pleased to say that my mother looks happy and well cared for. We have seen that she is taking part in activities with her photo posted on the care home's social media account for us to see. We have also received a letter from her, which included a photo. Catering must be excellent, as my mother has put on weight for the first time in years.

My mother has been at the care home for nearly 12 months and the care is very professional and are always extremely helpful in every way. Cannot fault the service and care provided she is very happy which is the most important due to the friendly staff cannot thank them enough.

My mother has lived at White Rose New Tredegar for seven months. My wife and I are so pleased that there was a vacancy available for mam when we called in to see the manager and the Home. The staff are lovely, so nice with everyone, polite and welcoming. The way staff interact with people reflects a
patient and caring manner, the manager is marvellous and so professional. The Home is always clean and there are no odours present, which, again is a credit to the staff and management. My daughter and I visited one day when there was an entertainer present; staff joined in and made it a special occasion for everyone.
Since my mother moved into White Rose she has put on some weight (which was needed), she always looks clean and well dressed. There are photographs of meals to make it easier for some people to choose and they all look very appetising. When its time for a cuppa there is always a biscuit tin or cake tin passed around for everyone. Visitors are also offered.
