The staff at White Rose Care Centre are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. My mother gets first-class care here and enjoys herself.

Food also appears very good with a wide selection of meals.

I have recently moved into White Rose Care Home and I cannot believe how lucky I am. I don't feel lonely and nervous no more.

The home is friendly and clean and a credit to the home manager. Staff are very helpful and welcoming and the food is lovely.

My nan is currently a resident at White Rose. The care that my nan receives from the care staff is outstanding, my nan is treated with respect and dignity at all times. The staff always make us feel welcome when we visit and are always polite and courteous at all times. My nans needs are met to a very high standard and nothing is a problem for the staff who always act in a highly professional manner at all times. The manager is lovely and the running of the home is excellent where care staff members have been carefully handpicked by the manager which I find important as myself and my family know my nan is in safe hands in regards to her stay at White Rose. At each visit my nan looks lovely, cared for and, most importantly, happy and content. I would highly recommend this lovely home, it's just simply the best. Myself and my family would like to give a huge thank you to all the hard working care staff and the lovely manager for making my nans time so enjoyable and pleasurable at White Rose.

My parents have both been in White Rose for nearly a year now. The staff are fantastic in all departments, nothing is ever too much trouble. My dad has dementia and is treated with the care and support he needs even when his behaviour isn't at its best. My mum will tell you herself she is happy and enjoys the outings and activities offered.

From the first time at visiting White Rose Care home in October 2017, to investigate if the care home could accommodate dad's needs, the management, carers and kitchen staff have all been welcoming, offering professional advice, comfort and assistance. Even during the initial weeks when dad was not at his best in behavioural terms, the staff were patient and understanding, offering a calming influence in respect of my concerns. Dad can be very demanding at times, awkward and stubborn, but he does appear more contented and settled. This undoubtedly has been achieved by the patience and attitudes of all staff.

Both my parents were residents in White Rose Care Centre. My dad, who had dementia, passed away in January. Both my parents had lived there for three years. The compassion and care the staff show, not just to the residents but to their families too is so greatly appreciated by us all. The staff are like an extended family and we as a family appreciate how lucky we are that our parents have been so well cared for there.

On arrival to the care home, you are met with lovely surroundings which are well kept. On entering the home, you can see instantly that the home is clean. The staff are more than accommodating on every visit. The staff are caring with all the residents and this comes over in positives actions that are clear to see. Residents are kept occupied by a range of activities throughout the day and really enjoy them. The activity coordinator should be highly valued.

The staff at White Rose are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them. They love my mother and see to all her needs.

The residents have great trips out shopping etc. Mam always tells us that she feels safe, being treated with dignity and respect.

I call to see my friend at White Rose Care Centre every Tuesday afternoon. She is always clean and well dressed for the environment. I sometimes take her out for a coffee and cake. She is clearly well cared for and gets on well with other residents and all the staff. The staff are always respectful to my friend and the other residents and I have no concerns about my friend at White Rose Care Centre.

The staff are very supportive towards my family and me, a shoulder to cry on. A great home, it must be because my dad wouldn't be in there if it wasn't.

Staff very friendly and helpful whatever time you go there. Very kind to residents and family.

5 star. Clean, comfortable, welcoming with excellent management. The staff at this care home go above and beyond their duties. The home is clean, well-managed and always has something going on for their residents, even during the day to day running of the care home. The staff are always encouraging their residents to have a sing-song or play games. The food and management are first class and I can only thank them for the care me mother-in-law received.

My mother has lived in White Rose Care Centre for almost a year. Mum is a lot calmer, safer and happier than she has been in a while. The staff are excellent with mum and all the other residents. It is a very homely place with good routines that are important to mum and the elderly. It is great to have piece of mind that mum is safe and cared for. You can't really put a price on that!!!

A very pleasant and cheerful home and would gladly recommend this home to friends and other family.
