My Grandmother has been living at Wylesfield for nearly a year now. The staff are all so lovely and caring and she is very happy there . The home is very homely and the maintainance lady is doing a fantastic job at redecorating the home with the residents input which I feel is a beautiful touch seeing as it is there home . The administrator is always so hopeful and friendly and if my Grandmother has any issues the team leaders always keep me updated. Fantastic. Thank you for looking after her so well.
Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We're so pleased to hear that your grandmother is happy at Wylesfield and feels at home there. It's lovely to know that the staff, including the maintenance lady and team leaders, are making such a positive impact. We truly appreciate you taking the time to...

I have been very impressed with the care provided to my dad and the dignity and respect which is afforded to him and all residents by the care staff. I also can't speak highly enough of the support which has been given to myself and my mum. Wylesfield care home with staff who always have a smile and time for a chat with residents of visitors, no matter how busy they are. What a friendly and warm place to reside or visit.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family have had such a positive experience with us. It's our privilege to care for your dad, and we're so glad that both he and your family feel supported and valued. Your feedback means the world to us - we'll continue to do our best to make Wylesfield a warm and welcoming place for everyone!
The care home is small so has a lovely friendly feel. Dad has been here for around 10 days and is very happy. He said the food is very good + he sleeps well. We, as a family are delighted as its always hard making their choices.
Thank you for your kind feedback! We're so happy to hear that your dad is settling in well and enjoying his time here. It's always great to know that the food and comfort are to his liking. We completely understand how tough these decisions can be, and we're glad to have been able to offer a welcoming place for him.
Lovely food, excellent care, warming atmosphere.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We're so glad you find our home friendly and welcoming, and that the care, food, and atmosphere meet your expectations. Your kind words are truly appreciated.
All staff work tirelessly above and beyond to take of care of their residents. We are extremely grateful to all of the staff and this includes Health Care Support, Team Leads, Catering, Domestics, Admin, Activities Co-Ordinator - A the staff who are the ones providing the direct care and making a difference. Our mum moved here July 2024 and we have been made to feel welcome and supported. Very good communication about Mum plus lots of activities. We haven't seen the Care Home Manager on site over the last 3 months which is why we have scored lower there. To our knowledge the Manager has not interacted with Mum since her arrival in July. The Team Leads appear to be at the helm and work endlessly, staying over hours or returning to ensure they have finished elements of care required. There are high standards to be maintained so I do hope the Manager appreciates all the staff as they deserve praise and thanks each day. Thank you guys for taking care of our Mum.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this kind review about the care of your mum, we really appreciate it. I will make sure to pass your lovely comments on to the rest of the team who will be delighted to read this.
Excellent staff, friendly, welcoming to all and at all times professional with care of the residents at the core of values. A real home from home, with lots of activities and stimulation creating a happy and fun environment. All areas are clean and smell fresh, with furniture that is not overly clinical. My father needs hoisting and help with eating and drinking, the staff do this with diligence and dignity.
Thank you, this is such a lovely review to read! I will make sure to pass your kind words about the care of your father on to the rest of the team.
Wylesfield is providing excellent care for my partner. The staff are kind, efficient and professional, in addition to being patient and responsive to residents. There is a warm and cheerful atmosphere which I greatly appreciate. The staff are always very knowledgeable about each resident and when I ring they're always able to tell me how he has been getting on that day.

Amazing service from the Manager and her team. My mother has been a resident for just over 3 months, and Wylesfield were my first choice care home by far and have exceeded my expectations since the start, the care and attention from all members of staff have to be complemented, Well done the team, you have made such a positive difference to my mother's life and continue to do so in difficult times.

Wylesfield is amazing. The staff are always friendly and smiling, my mother is always clean and tidy, well fed, and most of all happy. Mother's room is always immaculate. The home itself is always clean. The staff are very competent and notice immediately if residents need anything. You never wait to be let in to visit. Mum has been in other care homes that I wouldn't even rate, Wylesfield is 11/10 every time.
This is such a lovely review to read. The whole team feel privileged to be able to provide a safe, loving home for your mother. Your kind words will be passed on.

Mum spent a week at Wylesfield for a brief respite. In her words the staff were wonderful. She was well cared for and I feel that they took the time to get to know her. Communication was very good. My daily phone calls were always met with friendliness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

At the time of this review, my father has only been in Wylesfield for two weeks. Dad has settled in very well, having previously been in another home. The staff are all so nice; they can't do enough for the residents and families. The home is cosy and very clean, and Dad is enjoying the activities. The food, he says, is lovely. We are very fortunate to have Wylesfield close by to us.
This is a lovely home. All the staff are excellent and very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The way they look after the residents is wonderful. My dad has settled in well and enjoys the choice of food, entertainment and is well cared for. It is important to me to know that he is happy, safe and looked after.
Very impressed with the professional attitude of all the staff and how friendly everybody is. Was a concern when my mother first went to the home as it was new to us and my mother, but she has settled well. My mother suffers from dementia which has its difficulties, but all staff have made her welcome and ensured a smooth transition.
She has been there for a little over a year.
I live in the USA and I am her only relative so it's vitally important that she is safe and secure.
I call her frequently and whomever connects me via phone is always very courteous and helpful.
I visited the facility last week and met many of the staff. All were very positive and obviously knew my mother very well.
Mother tells me that she is well cared for, well fed and has a comfortable room.
I am satisfied that the Wylesfield crew do an excellent job and that my mother is in good hands.
