My husband has only been in the home for a few weeks, but in that time, I find the home to be very good and well run. The staff are marvellous and I can find no faults thus far.

At the last review six months ago my husband agreed that he was basically quite happy with the carers and home.
He felt the quality of the food had deteriorated and that some of the staff lacked compassion at times.
However, overall everything was, on the whole satisfactory.

I enjoy it in Kintyre Care Home, we are all very well looked after and I get out and about with with friends or arranged outings. I enjoy my meals most of the time.

My mum's review went smoothly because of the up to date information the family had. Any issues are dealt with at the time by the staff so there were no surprises. I am delighted with the care my mum receives and the support we get from the staff.
