Overall Experience
Mum has been a resident in Balhousie Willowbank Care Home for almost four years. During that time, although her health is deteriorating, her care has been excellent. The staff are always very attentive, caring and helpful. Her bedroom is very comfortable and the cooked meals are well presented. The daily activities add a bit of fun to her day. Having an outside space in the summer is a great bonus.
