When my mum has to go into care I couldn't have picked a better place, it's very near to where I live so I'm able to visit everyday. My mum from day 1 has settled in very well, I put that down to the friendly and welcoming staff. If you have any concerns the staff are always there to listen or help...
The room which belongs to my mum is tastefully decorated and is kept very clean. What the home and the staff have given me is more quality time with my mum, which is what I needed, things are less stressful now. I spend a lot of time at the home and I've got to know most of the residents, who always look happy, clean and well cared for, which is very settling for me. Knowing that people who are vulnerable as these people, are receiving the best care they can in a safe, friendly place.

Nothing is too much trouble, always had time for us all. Could not fault anything, care, kindness, standard of meals etc.
I have found the care at the home to be excellent. Staff are great with my mum and really look after her (as well as myself and my dad!).
