Havelock Court has been purpose-built to offer care for a diverse range of conditions. These include carefully tailored plans for residents aged 18 and over. The home specialises in mental health, nursing, residential and dementia care and those living with physical disabilities.

The facility makes the most of modern care capabilities, even having its own gymnasium, activities kitchen and games area. All bedrooms are ensuite and have a 24-hour call system.

Quality care is supported by good nutrition, with Havelock Court looking to cater for the personal taste of residents. There is also a private dining for residents to spend quality time and enjoy a three-course meal with loved ones.

The home has a weekly activities and rehabilitation programme which consists of movie clubs, reminiscence therapy, flower arranging, support for independent living, poetry, arts and crafts, cookery and numerous social events.

The home manager is very supportive nurses and care staff are very helpful and supportive and courteous
I enjoy living at Havelock Court Care Home.
I have a lovely room and have my own personal items in my room.

My Son currently lived in Havelock Court for eleven years now, and I must say this is the best place for him, this is like a home from home. He is treated like a family in the home, all staff are aware of his illness. The Home Manager, Nurses, care staff, activity staff, housekeeping and the Reception
staff cares for him and treat him like one of the family.
The Home keeps me informed at all times with respect to his needs. When I visits the home, I noticed that he is always well dressed and very happy.
The family attended a Fine Dining Experience at the home in respect to Jason's 50th Birthday celebration, the home and the kitchen staff went overboard with the preparation of the day, food was excellent and the attention relating to his life since he was admitted in the home. All the family was overwhelmed with the food and the service provided for his Birthday.
We cannot thank everyone enough in so many words as I can see that he is well cared for.

I have been extremely happy with the standard of care for my mum at Havelock Court Nursing Centre, Stockwell. The staff have been supportive and kind, particularly with the added pressure of Covid this past year. Thank you so much for allowing me to deliver 'supplies' for Mum to the front door (i.e.
Hershey bars!) during this time when it was necessary to isolate. It has been stressful for everyone across the country, but the news about the situation with care homes has been particularly distressing, with residents as virtual prisoners. Havelock has been a sterling example of how a home should be run, in my opinion. Mum looks well and seems to be happy and healthy. Many thanks to all for your continued, invaluable support.

Having visited my wife on a regular basis I can categorically say that I find the care at this home exemplary. The quality of general and one to one care of my wife is beyond praise. I have been consistently impressed by the way the nurses and carers go beyond and above their roles very often to make
life so much more comfortable for my wife and the residents in general.
I am impressed with the cleanliness and general routine of all the employees towards the residents.
The staff are always courteous, kind and helpful on arrival and during the course of their daily duties.
There are activities for the residents to enjoy on most days and the quality of the food provided is again of a superb quality.
All in all, while my wife is being cared for at Havelock Court, I have no worries whatsoever concerning her welfare.
To the manager, well done and all the staff, a big thank you.

The standard of care is very good. The home is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and well furnished. The staff are friendly and very supportive. My sister was a long-term patient in a mental hospital. I was very surprised and happy by the support the care staff gave to her. For years my sister
has no teeth and would not allow anyone to comb or cut her hair. The care staff supported her to get dentures and groomed her hair.

For what I have seen on visiting, the staff are fantastic. The food is excellent because they have a different kind of menu every day. I did eat one day and enjoyed what I had. The rooms are big and easy to move around. There is wifi, TV etc. I do recommend to anyone.

The lifts are tedious, no means of getting up and down quickly. They sometimes break down. Not happy that some clients are allowed alcohol in the home.
Activities coordinator provides varied activities. I am physically able and would like more activities out and visit museums, local parks, Music Fayer
at Southbank.
Positively staff always take care of my needs. They are courteous and thoughtful. They do a hard job and seems to be a good number of staff on duty at any time which makes it better for communication with residents.

As a visitor to see my brother, I have been pleasantly surprised by the excellence of the staff, the care and attention, the quality of the food, the cleanliness and also the quality of care my brother receives.


I would recommend this home for its care and attention, both to residents and visitors.

It is also a pleasure to visit and the welcome afforded by the staff.

My brother suffers from a rare degenerative disorder and as he is only 57 we were struggling to find a care home suitable for him. I and my brothers family feel very lucky to have found Havelock Court Care Home. The staff are fantastic and my brother has settled in very well after a months residence.
We are all confident that he will be treated with the care and respect he deserves and he loves the food!
