The carers go above & beyond to care for my Mother, I'm so grateful.

I strongly disagree that there is a fee if a carer needs to accompany a patient to a hospital appointment.

I am highly impressed with the exceptional service, state-of-the-art facilities, and comprehensive support provided. They consistently prioritize the well-being and interests of both residents and their families. Furthermore, I am particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the overall environment.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. I notice that they talk with sympathy and patience to the residents. I feel that my mother is being very well looked after. She certainly seems to be happy and comfortable.

Perfectly happy with service and care Mother is as well as can be expected in light of her medical condition , staff on Wynne ward ,reception ,catering , maintenance first class ! Could ask for no more

Fantastic care home. Staff and management are excellent, caring and professional. I'm able to call at any time of the day or night and I'm always given a warm welcome and am able to speak to my partner. They have a great selection of meals to suit all diets and there's always someone available to answer any questions or queries I have. The space is welcoming and I would recommend.

The care home it self is a very welcoming place, when coming in i am always greeted. I believe my dad is well cared for. The staff are always very sweet with him, they treat him with care and lots of nice emotions. He has been having less falls now which shows he is being looked out for thoroughly.

Excellent staff and facilities staff courteous professional and polite. Their actions prove they care about their charges. The grounds are lovely and we'll maintenence. I would certainly recommend this care home

We found the staff very friendly, the room my brother was in was nice, he was happy, food looked really appealing and it must of tasted good because he demolished the lot. Thank you to all of you for helping with the care and attention of my brother.

The receptionist, nurses, and staff have been courteous and helpful. The care given to my brother has been good.

I advised the home there was a hospital appointment and I would be accompanying my brother. In the last week I have been called 3 times by different individuals regarding a hospital appointment. I can understand the staff confirming closer to the time however each person i spoke with had no idea i had been contacted already. Better recording needs to be put in place.

My father is now at the ned of his life. I like to say thank you so much for making my father comfortable & keeping him safe in your care. The staff have been caring, warm, loving & listened to my father, for example, having small conversations when entering his room. My father enjoyed the Christmas event/his 95 years old birthday party at Havelock Care Home. You have brought the carnival celebration to him and other residents at the care home. During the first & half month, I have slept knowing & thinking that I am able to sleep at night (all because of the staff). My father might have days, weeks before he passes away, & this is the time I can able to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the staff of Havelock Court Care Home for making my friend's 96th birthday very special, with balloons, birthday cake, nail polishing, video and more. During my visit on my friends birthday at Havelock Court Care Home I saw how caring, helpful, pleasant, kind & professional the staff were towards my friend. It was a very happy day for my friend. Thank you very much.

The only issue I would like to raise is the difficulty with the phones at weekends, when family and friends often have a problem getting through to the correct floor. It is different during the week, as there is an option to be put through to either the Marie Antoinette or the Wynne suite.

Nice care home, staff are friendly, caring, hardworking. The food is amazing and residents have their choice of meals provided for them. Large dinning room so residents can eat and drink together with nice music and activities after lunch.

I think the care home is very good. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. My friend, who is a service user, seems very comfortable but complains about the food.

All the people who work with my Uncle are extremely kind and considerate of his special needs. They keep me informed about his condition and state of mind.

Love the kitchen staff and the receptionist is awesome.

Since my father has been at the Care Home, his health has improved a lot. The very friendly staff and carers do their best to take very good care of him and even take the time, during their busy day, to have chats with him. We are always made to feel welcome when we go to visit him by the reception, managers, staff, nurses, carers and a number of the residents. The rooms are a good size with television and toilet facilities and there are meeting rooms for when larger groups of friends and family come to visit. We and my father are very happy with the care that he receives.
