My mum has been here for five years and the whole team has been great, she has been very well looked after here. My mum was in another home before this one which was terrible, we were so happy to have this fantastic place for our mum. One nurse, in particular, is wonderful.

My partner has just returned home after 10 days of excellent care at Manley Court Care Home. Naturally, I was anxious to find the best possible care for him, so when a close friend told me that her mother had spent the last year of her life happily and comfortable there it was the obvious choice, and
it couldn't have been a better decision. My partner was treated with kindness and respect at all times. The nurses seemed to go out of their way to please him, going above and beyond their duty, I am really grateful to them.

Manley Court Care Home is a wonderful place to put your family, if you are looking for a home for them. At first, I did not think much about it, but I said to my friend 'lets give it a go', and we did, thank god we did, cause we have never looked back. We now enjoy every bit of it and my partner is
very happy at Manley Court. Through my experience in Manley Court and if my partner had stayed where he was before Manley Court, he would have been dead by now, no joke.

I visit the home regularly to take a service of Holy Communion as well as doing 1 to 1 visits in the resident's rooms. All this is facilitated by the staff who oversee residents' activities. The staff not only greatly assist my visits, but also are models of the respectful loving care of the people
I meet. Their work is not always easy, but I have never seen them flustered or irritated. I have recommended the home on two occasions to members of the congregation but sadly on both occasions, the home was full. With lockdown, their safety measures have been exemplary.

Did my test, got in!
Staff were very welcome. Dad seems happy and healthy. COVID restrictions were followed. I was encouraged to wear my mask.
Carers were very attentive and they were constantly checking to see that dad was ok.
My dad is in good hands.

My partner has been in the nursing home for nearly 2 and a half years and my experience through those years has been like a roller coaster. We had meetings and enjoyed that moment that everybody had to voice their problems and I think the nursing home had improved a lot since then. My only comment is
still the laundry - and that lots of my partner's clothes has been missing. But overall care, they worked very hard and I thank them a lot.

My Father became a resident in December 2020 So it's not been long, but we have noticed a change in him already happy and smiling. He loves the staff who are so friendly. We have been able to Facetime with him to chat once a week. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, I have no worries about my
dad, I know he is well cared for in the best place. Hopefully, I will be allowed to visit him in the future when we are back to normal.

Unfortunately, my mother went into care this March, and we have not been able to enter the care home.
All the staff have been great. My mother has a ground floor room so I am able to see her through the window, which is wonderful during these unprecedented times. My mother looks good and is looked
after extremely well.

Nursing care is very good in Manley Court and staff are all friendly and welcoming. They are also caring, kind and show respect, patience and diligence, even when patients/residents can sometimes be difficult. The home is clean and fresh and residents' rooms are well maintained. Food is generally varied
and nutritious, although the difference between fork-mashable and pureed food is not always appreciated. Pureed food, in general, seems rather bland. The few activities I have seen tend to be unimaginative and somewhat limited, although outings have proved popular. It is appreciated that residents with dementia are sometimes difficult to involve in activities, so perhaps need to be encouraged more as appropriate. As with many homes, laundry can be problematic and items, even when named, frequently go astray. The home is trying to address this. In all, patients/residents are safe and comfortable, and relatives are kept well informed.

My friend was well taken care of each time I ever visited. Staff were very polite, respectful, kind, never in a hurry and appeared to love their job. The manager and staff are very professional. They all respect data protection. The home is very neat, my friend's room was very neat, she had nice music
which she was humming along to. Staff took care of her sore. Staff were very friendly and polite to visitors. I recommend this facility as 5*.

My Mother spent six years in Manley Court. The staff were very friendly and respectful to both my Mum and the family. The mouth and skin care were excellent. Though my Mum was bed bound for the six years she spent within the care home there was no case of bed sores.

I was initially extremely anxious about my mum entering the care facility as there is so much negative press around this. However, I found the staff at Manley Court so caring and so professional. My mother is a dementia sufferer and so not the easiest of persons to deal with. However, the staff have
shown her so much care and respect. She settled very quickly. It has been a pleasure of her to be here.
