It was sadly a very short stay for my relative but all my experiences of Ash Grove were extremely positive. Very clean, welcoming and most importantly the staff care, especially the manager. Thank you.

A lovely place where my mum is treated with respect and dignity. We've just had a lovely party where the residents all enjoyed themselves and the staff were great fun.

Review from Kay (Wife of Resident) published on 12 April 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My husband has been in Ash Grove just under a year and I cannot fault anything. The carers, the environment, facilities are all above expectations. On special occasions they go the extra mile, they have entertainment in from outside and a warm welcome is a given. My husband despite being very ill is cared for exceptionally every minute of every day. Great leadership starts at the top and filters right through the staff. Thank you.

My friend seems to be settled in well for 2 1/2 years. When I visit she seems happy and her room is always clean. The staff have always been most helpful and supportive. I am glad to see that she is getting into the lounge more often.
