Clairleigh is a spacious, comfortable purpose built nursing home situated in the suburb of Wildmore green. It is nine miles south-east of the centre of London and within walking distance of Bromley town centre.

The layout of the home is specifically designed to provide a safe and pleasant environment.

Clairleigh Nursing Home aims to provide the finest nursing care for residents. Clairleigh is equipped with all the facilities necessary to make a resident's stay comfortable and beneficial.

Professionals offer an exceptionally high standard of care for older people and those with disabilities as well as post-operative and convalescent residents.

Clairleigh provides care for 50 residents, 48 single and 2 shared rooms all with en-suite shower facilities. Each room is provided with Nurse Call Bell, TV and telephone points.

The home has lounge facilities on each floor with a TV lounge. Clairleigh's main attraction has always been its beautiful garden. Recently they have added a cinema room, library, activities room, hairdressing salon, and a new dining and bistro area. There is a new patio area overlooking the beautiful gardens. Recently Clairleigh have implemented a sensory room with a mobile sensory trolley which they can use for residents who are bedbound. Also a lovely memorial garden as been built

My mother has been a resident for almost three years and has received extremely good care and attention. Many of the staff have been exceptional in their dedication and sensitivity and have gone beyond their job requirement to make the residents feel safe and cared-for.
Major building work has recently
cramped the lounge areas temporarily, but the activities manager has done sterling work in keeping the residents entertained and motivated.
I feel very confident that my mother is in safe hands.

My father has been a resident for one year and during that time I have found the home to be an excellent environment with very caring staff and everyone is always helpful. There have been two occasions when my father had falls and I was contacted by the home so I am happy that the resident's welfare
and safety are maintained. Although the building works have been ongoing throughout the past year and the residents have not suffered at all although visitors parking at the home has been difficult at times. The programme of activities has been excellent including some visiting entertainers and on some occasions, visits to theatres have been organised.

This is a very clean, well-managed home with caring staff. My mother enjoys her surroundings and is particularly complimentary about the staff, the food and her room. The home has been undergoing major renovations and this has not affected the quality of the services provided. It has a warm and friendly

I'm very pleased we have chosen Clairleigh for our mother at this stage of her life. Particularly considerate and effective management support/assistance has been provided to our family, providing reassurance at a testing time for all concerned. Good liaison with local hospital and GPs is evident.
Caring and friendly nursing staff are always present to attend to mum's needs, with careful and respectful attention provided.

Clairleigh Nursing Home just works. From the moment you walk in it just feels right. It is like home - not a care home or a nursing home - just home. From the amazing staff to the facilities and atmosphere you can't go wring with Clairleigh. Mum has been there for 18 months and there has been several
changes but I have never doubted the ability of the staff to give the very best to all the residents. They genuinely care and it helps me sleep at night knowing that mum is in safe hands.

My mother has been at Clairleigh Nursing Home for just over two years. She has received consistently good care which has resulted in her being very much part of the care home family. There has been a lot of change at Clairleigh, not only staff but major building works. Overall, this change has been
handled well. My mother does not have dementia, so is not "the norm" when compared to most of the other residents. However, Claireleigh has respected and maintained my mother's dignity and provided stimulation that is essential.

Clairleigh Nursing Home is a wonderful and unique nursing home. As soon as I went there I knew it was the right place for my mum. The building is beautiful with a very homely atmosphere. However, what makes Clairleigh really special is it's amazing and wonderful set of staff. They are truly dedicated,
caring and kind and do everything they can to help. I know that my mum is in the best possible home - where she is loved and I can have the piece of mind and trust that she will always receive excellent care.

The home itself is very welcoming and comfortable, a real home from home. It has beautiful gardens, the food is good and all the residents are kept nice and they all look very happy.
Sadly Mum was only at the home for 3 weeks before she passed away. I could not have wished for better care in her final
days. She was treated with great care dignity and respect and the staff were genuinely upset at her passing. There was no rush for us to leave and the Manager is a genuinely nice caring person. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

My aunt came to Clairleigh in April 2015.
The welcome she received was lovely and every member of staff made her feel so much at home. The standard of her room was excellent and I could not have wished for better care for her. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the carers and all nursing team went
beyond expectations.
The manager was available to answer any questions. Thank you so much.

My mother is currently a resident at Clairleigh Nursing Home. She is unable to walk and needs assistance with almost everything.


The staff - nurses and carers are first class. They really seem to genuinely care about their residents and try to make life enjoyable for them. My mother is treated

with patience, dignity and respect and I want to thank the staff at the Clairleigh for all their help.


Mum's room is lovely with a nice view of the garden. The food is good too.


If there is a medical problem with mum then one of the nurses always telephones to let me know what is happening.


I would be happy to go to the Clairleigh as a resident if and when I become infirm.
