My wife suffers from dementia. In the three years, she has been at the home, her mobility has gone completely, and her dementia is now complete. This, no doubt, is the nature of her disease, but somewhat disappointing nevertheless. I know the staff have done their best to support her, and I am grateful for that.

My father has always been treated with care and dignity throughout his time at Eastbury House.

The staff have always kept me abreast with any details regarding my father's health and well-being. The home is always well kept, clean and warm and my father is in very good hands. I feel very supported with regard to my father's needs.

The end of life care my mother is receiving at Eastbury Nursing Home is amazing. The staff are very professional and also compassionate towards my mother and the family. In these difficult times, they have accommodated us within the guidelines set out, to make sure my mother was able to see her family. The staff are a true credit to their profession, towards care for my mother and us. We are truly grateful to be blessed with such people in our lives.

Made to feel welcome and, even though our father has only been a resident for 3 weeks, he seemed content, relaxed and looked well cared for. The staff are very professional, caring and considerate during discussions with regard to our father's care which we found very comforting.
