I am so happy that my mum is very well looked after. The staff are excellent, friendly and very understanding. From management to nurses, care staff, I can't thank you enough. My mum is so happy which makes me happy.

When I arrived to view I was very anxious but was quickly put at ease by their help and kindness. Heatherwood has a very homely atmosphere making you feel welcome, all staff very attentive to residents needs, excellent care lots of activities, music especially good, food fresh and nutritious, clean
and very well maintained.

Heatherwood management are excellent, communication between then and myself has improved immensely. All our wishes are carried out to the best of the staff's ability and any concerns we have are dealt with quickly and professionally.

I came to see a friend and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms and communal areas. The home was very clean as were the residents. There is always a member of staff to answer any questions. It is a very happy atmosphere.

My mum has been in Heatherwood for 18 months now, when we first came to the home we were so happy with the cleanliness, staff friendly and caring. And we still are very happy. Mum has been so happy here, it's a really good home. We all feel at ease knowing my mum is being well looked after and we can
see mum smiling.
