My brother became a resident early march 2025. Upon his trasnfer from another care home, we were both made to feel "at home". He has been at Heatherbrook now for 8 weeks. My brother is not very sociable but he is happy there. Im very happy with this nursing home, and most definitely no complaints. I
find all members of staff lovely and really helpful.

My partner is on 1 - 1 at Heatherbrook and she gets amazing care daily. The staff are very friendly. The senior care assistant is brilliant at her job, she is so passionate and caring. The manager is very accommodating, always offering me coffee and conversation. Heatherbrook is a friendly and vibrant
place and always has parties, singers and family events. I am happy my partner is at this nursing home.

My mother came to Heatherbrook in November 2016. She was already 10 years into her struggle with vascular dementia and we could no longer meet her needs at home. Mum was offered care, compassion, and respect throughout her eight-year stay at Heatherbrook until her death in June 2024. Mum's needs changed
during this time from one-to-one supervision to principally dementia nursing care, but throughout she was treated with patience, kindness, and love.
Having visited Heatherbrook throughout this period I was able to observe the same quality of care being afforded other patients with the staff continually trying their best to make every day as rich as possible and the best it could be. The staff took time to get to know Mum and her specific needs, and we were offered support and practical advice throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heatherbrook, its manager, admin team, nurses, and carers as they delivered the best quality of care to my mum.

The staff at Heatherbrook Nursing Home were hard-working, caring and compassionate. It was very clean and the three meals were lovely just like home cooking. They all nursed me back to health in such a short time. The only thing I would say is the staff don't get paid enough for the hard work and long
hours they put in.

I have visited my friend several times over the last 2 years in Heatherbrook, Romford.
I want to give it and the staff a 5-star review.
I think the care facility is lovely, always fresh and warm with a feeling of efficiency and care from the time you enter the front door.
The staff are the same,
fresh, warm and efficient, but above all caring.
I consider that the home and the Heatherbrook team do a great job of really caring for those in their care.
Well done all responsible at every level of the organisation.
Her daughter certainly did well in finding this next chapter in her mum's life.

A clean and happy home and the food is healthy and consistently excellent. Our mum has improved in her health and well-being with the care she has received at Heatherbrook. My husband has been at Heatherbrook for a year and his care during this time has been excellent. the staff are friendly and approachable and any matters are dealt with promptly. The premises are kept very clean and the meals although basic are very good (special diets catered for). The residents are
encouraged to take part in the numerous activities that are on offer. Overall very satisfied.

I'm happy my father is being well cared for. He is always well-groomed and smiling when I come to visit.
The home has lots of entertainers that come and it's lovely to see Dad sing along to the songs and enjoy himself.

But overall, pleasant home.

I took the hard decision to put my mum in residential care last year. the care my mum has received to date has been amazing I have no reservations concerning her care. Someone is always available to talk and convey any information that's needed to be imparted. I would have no problem in referring Heatherbrook

My mum was transferred to Heatherbrook for respite, physiotherapy and recovery following a period in hospital. I cannot praise all the staff at Heatherbrook enough; they have looked after my mum so well and made her recovery as smooth as possible. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I unfortunately
don't know the staff names apart from reception who was always welcoming and helpful when I visited.

Beautiful and homely relaxed feeling, happy and caring staff across the board. Great experience of visiting here and has an amazing feel inside. Food is good and resources are plentiful. I would recommend this place to anyone needing care.

Cannot fault this care home, my sister was in another one before and was so unhappy. She has been in Heatherbrook for the last 4 months and upon our visit to see her, all we can say is that her face was bright and lit up. All the staff are wonderful and constantly make sure the residents do not want
for anything.

Fantastic staff. Always around to talk to and get information from and always willing to help. I found great comfort knowing that my dad was well looked after and it took a lot of weight from my shoulders. Thanks to all the hard-working staff from the care workers to the admin staff.
