After a series of poor manager, poor leadership and low morale, the present management have things under control. As a result of this the home is off embargo. Both the manager and deputy manager are experienced and qualified medical people. Staff on my wife's floor are kind and caring.

Naden began their career as a Healthcare Assistant in 2007 and has since gained a wealth of experience within the care sector. Over the years, he has progressed through various roles, including Senior Carer, Assistant Manager, and now Home Manager. His journey has been driven by a strong passion for providing high-quality care and supporting both residents and staff to thrive.
From early on, Naden discovered a natural ability to lead, mentor, and motivate others. This inspired him to take on greater responsibilities, develop leadership skills, and create a positive, empowering environment for his team and residents.
As a Home Manager, Naden ensures the delivery of outstanding care in line with CQC regulations and the company’s policies. He focuses on staff development, robust quality assurance systems, and actively involves residents in decisions around their care and daily life.
