I would recommend Murrayfield Care Home to my friends. The staff are very helpful and dad's care is excellent. We can come and see dad at anytime of the day.

Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
After a series of poor manager, poor leadership and low morale, the present management have things under control. As a result of this the home is off embargo. Both the manager and deputy manager are experienced and qualified medical people. Staff on my wife's floor are kind and caring.

Over the years, I’ve progressed through various roles, including Senior Carer, Assistant Manager, and now Home Manager. My journey has been driven by a strong passion for providing high-quality care and supporting both residents and staff to thrive.


From early on, I discovered a natural ability to lead, mentor, and motivate others. This inspired me to take on greater responsibilities, develop my leadership skills, and create a positive, empowering environment for my team and residents.


As a Home Manager, I ensure the delivery of outstanding care in line with CQC regulations and the company’s policies. I focus on staff development, robust quality assurance systems, and actively involving residents in decisions around their care and daily life.
